    According to my count:
Burr, Bond, Domenici, Nelson will switch their cloture votes to NO. If the original 35 hold, that makes 39. We still need one more vote to switch.
    According to FOX News
At least nine other senators told FOX News they are undecided or leaning toward a no vote. They include Democratic Sens. Mark Pryor, Jim Webb, Jeff Bingaman, Robert Menendez and Republican Sens. Ted Stevens, Lisa Murkowski, Pete Domenici, Judd Gregg and John Ensign.
Which means we need one of these to switch their vote for the bill to go down. This vote will be very very tight.

    Excellent!

But it is VITAL that everyone continues with the plan to be at Burr's offices.

We will announce this news as it is very encouraging, but everything stays on track full force all the way till the bitter end for this bill!

We stick to the plan and do not flinch in any way!

We still need a crowd at these offices to help prevent any last minute reversals or arm twisting.

Zeezil you might want to take a look at an article posted about 15 minutes ago here: http://www.alipac.us/modules.php?name=F ... ic&t=71144

Webb and Ensign are 'undecided' -- it could be that one or both of these Senators will oppose the bill now. If you have the chance: faxes!!! emails!!!!

Absolutely correct. Just heard Tony Snow still predicting victory, and I'm sure the White House is working overtime! So we can't let up!
