Your taxes going to La raza~ but not the fence

It just amazes me that they can keep giving

The omnibus includes a $390,000 earmark to the National Council of La Raza (NCLR) to provide technical assistance on Hispanic workforce issues (Title I, Chart ‘c’ of the Labor-HHS and Education Joint Explanatory Statement).

The NCLR Hope Fund also would receive a $1 million earmark to capitalize a revolving loan fund to be used for community development (Page 125 of the Transportation, Housing and Urban Development Joint Explanatory Statement).

Funding the fence isn't the issue, it's the lack of will to get it built that is the problem!

Actually lack of will and funding go hand in hand

The ones with the authority to dole out the cash are not going
to do so because they promote open borders and the invasion

Bush could put 50k troops on the border tomorrow , actually its his
duty to do so but there is no will there to do it , likewise build the
    fence ,

Obviously I wan't clear. What I'm saying is the funding could be had if the will was there.
