Was that the Star nursery that put up a fence to keep them out? then the city made them tear it down
Yes...it just goes to show you that lots of people must pick them up or they wouldn't be there..stop picking them up..

We go to Lowes most of the time and Home depot very little...

    Pictures have already been sent.

Last year US Border Watch worked with some residents here in Houston to get rid of a bunch of illegals who were hanging in out the Home Depot parking lot at Bellaire and Beltway 6 in West Houston. The put so much pressure on Home Depot that they ask the police for help and eventually HPD and ICE raided the parking lot and arrested quite a few illegals.

Since then no one ha been back out but the scumbags have abandoned Home Depot and just hang out in the parking lots of the gas stations on the other three corners. We were the the other day and it was raining hard and there were so many illegals under the Beltway 8 bridge that there was almost not any more room for more. I was amazed at how many were there from the three corners.

Police are around that corner all the time so you have to wonder why NO ONE does anything, including the gas station owners. Just amazing at how many AMERICANS just turn their backs to what is going on and ignore it. That is why this country is in the screwed up mess it is in.

We are going directly to Lowes today to speak with the management. I am going to point out the problem to him in person.

Thanks to the people who were concerned about my safety and my family. However, there is not much my family is scare of and both my wife and my self have carry permits and take a gun every where we are allowed. We have no trespassing signs in our yard, a multi-camera security system that is monitored 24/7both by us and ADT. Neither of us have a problem defending ourselves.

Get the stuff they do on video tape and then sue Lowes in a small calims court. It's called harassment. Lowes is responsible for that. Check the Harris County Code.

They were all over in Vista, Oceanside and Carlsbad in SoCal at Lowes, Home Depot, or anything like that--between San Diego and Los Angeles. My family owned a moving company out there for a couple years and OMG it was soooooo hard to compete!!!! We tried to be honest and hire American workers and KEEP our workers and all those things, while the other companies that charged less just picked up their workers from the corners like that like they were hookers. It was really sad and aggrivating!!!!

Keep us updated on when and IF you hear back from them!!!! I won't be shopping at Lowes either LOL!!!!!

Yes that is a good idea...but if you encounter them do this:

    1. Take the pictures or a short video of them acting hostile.
    2. Walk into the store and ask for the manager.
    3. Show the pics/video to the manager.
    4. Tell him you won't be shopping there any longer because of the harassment and will be posting the info on blogs.

You might check municode.com for laws governing loitering. Just about every city in the country is on it. Shouldn't be hard to find. If there is call the cops the next time and file a complaint. If nothing else it will cause the illegals a bit of inconvenience when the cops show up...

I did check the laws here and the store has to have a no loitering sign in their parking lot. The manager of Lowes was not available today due to the extra holiday and will be in tomorrow. We are going to bring this issue to his attention.

I live in Oceanside and I KNOW what you are talking about, although I haven't seen it lately. Encintas Home Depot was the worst. They used to literally hang out right UNDER the No Loitering signs!!!!!!

Fallbrook still has it's "little Tijuana" area - the place looks like a total dump. As far as the rest of the town - it's still nice tho. Houses are expensive as ever there too.

GR, they do get hired. My husband used to hire them years ago, before this issue got so nasty. I thought it was made illegal to hire them but not sure because they are persistently still out there. I had written on another thread here about how I wasn't feeling safe at my favorite store but before I got a chance to complain about them someone has made them leave! Who knows? Maybe they are part of a sting to catch people hiring illegals?
