5,100 dead and Mexicans still can't figure out that they shouldn't enter our country illegally ?

More Mexicans have died at the hands of the Mexican drug gang members

so why don't they protest that instead ?
NO AMNESTY

Don't reward the criminal actions of millions of illegal aliens by giving them citizenship.

That tells me out so called tougher border measures are not tough enough! These so called activists will lie and distort anything for their ultimate goal of eradicating all borders and laws pertaining to immigration.
I think that they are being sent here by their government. It is no different than when Castro emptied his prisons and mental health facilities by sending them here in the 80's. After the Mariel Boatlift the amount of violent crime increased in Miami and around 1900 of them ended up arrested here for some of those crimes. Many of them were rape charges. Crimes committed by illegal Mexicans and Central Americans are not much different. Also watch the First 48 especially the episodes from Texas and you will hear the detectives actually say that the victim or murderer were here illegally and had previously served time in a Mexican prison. The Miami episodes where the crime was committed in the Little Havana area will have a detective say they victim or killer came on the Mariel Boatlift.

Could be SC. It's already pretty well common knowledge the mexican government continues to encourage it's underclass to head north. Nothing would surprise me regarding that government.

I think the larger point to be made here is not necessarily who is sending them, but the fact that they continue to come despite so called tougher border measures being implemented. This is the argument of the so called rights activists.

Coincidentally, what about the rights of the United States to secure our borders, protect our sovereignty and keep safe our citizens from the ravages and often brutal crimes inflicted upon our citizens at the hands of illegal invaders? Guess those rights do not matter to those who ironically call themselves rights activists. Someday, I will figure out how that works.

In any event, this seems to suggest this is nothing more than another hollow attempt on the part of the open border zealots, to use US policy as a scapegoat in order to deflect away from their own illegal behavior. Unfortunately, this is standard procedure for these open borders militants.

What is VOIAC?

VOIAC is a registry and data base for Victims of Illegal Alien Crime.

Through exclusive FSM investigation, we have discovered that crimes committed by foreign nationals, including illegal aliens, on American soil are not tracked, recorded, or reported by the FBI or the Justice Department as being committed by foreign nationals. This includes all crimes, including those committed by illegal alien terrorists to illegal alien criminals who are currently molesting, raping, killing, and murdering Americans in shocking numbers.

In essence, not only are the victims of illegal alien crime ignored and forgotten, they are not even given the dignity of being a statistic. They just disappear. We are creating this registry and data base to change this disgrace, because the government should be tracking this aspect of crime. Through the VOIAC data base, FSM will attempt to correct this malfeasance. It is to be noted that the President and Congress swore an oath to protect and defend the citizens of the United States; it is their primary responsibility and their actions, or lack thereof, are an abrogation of sworn duty making the majority of them malefactors.

In collaboration with other investigations, FSM has discovered that the illegal alien population contains a disproportionately large percentage of hard core criminals, sexual predators, and drunken drivers. While the President and Congress have basically proposed amnesty to all the illegal aliens who are currently in the United States, for the most part they do not want to discuss or make known the massive collateral damage that many of those same illegal aliens are inflicting on the American people. Once those illegal aliens are made legal immigrants, or guest workers, they will simply be added to the resident criminal population. FSM believes Americans need to know the full impact of such shortsighted and irresponsible folly before it is too late.

Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution states, "The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union, a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence."

Unfortunately, in our politically correct era, "invasion" and "domestic violence" are now parsed with the word "is." Regardless, our republican principals are being ignored, our borders are being trampled, our laws broken, our sovereignty violated, and our citizens are under attack from outside peoples, foreign nationals, who are committing more and more domestic violence, denying American Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness, as well as Safety and Happiness.

As you peruse the VOIAC database and note the incredible number, and horrific impact, of the crimes committed by illegal aliens, remember that none of these crimes ever would have been committed if the President and Congress were exercising their constitutionally-mandated responsibilities of securing the border and enforcing existing law!

Also remember that you or a member of your family could just as easily be listed in VOIAC.

It is time that the American people be told the entire story and that the President and Congress be held accountable for allowing, and even enabling, these crimes to happen.

Border Network Celebrates Day Of The Dead
Miri Marshall-Weekend Anchor/Weathercaster/News Reporter

Posted: 5:31 pm MST November 1, 2009Updated: 7:09 pm MST November 1, 2009

EL PASO, Texas -- The Border Network For Human Rights in El Paso is remembering migrants who have died while trying to cross the border from Mexico on Day of the Dead also known as All Saints Day.

The group and members from the community hosted a candlelight vigil in honor of the victims, they also placed wooden crosses along the border fence and marched along the border. Members of the Border Network for Human Rights are calling on the U.S. government to reform the immigration system.

Border Network officials said they are also asking Mexico’s government to create an environment where men and women are not tempted to risk their lives and the lives of their children to leave their country.

According to Border Network For Human Rights, more people are dying while trying to cross the border. There were 398 such deaths in 2007 and 390 deaths in 2008, Border Network For Human Rights members said. The group cited the San Diego Union Tribune as the source of the information.

Border Network For Human Rights said there have been 378 deaths in the first 11 months of fiscal year 2009, heading toward a total that is expected to top last year's, according to information they cited from the Associated Press.

In El Paso, nine migrants drowned at various spots in the American Canal and two were found in the desert, since January 2009, as per the records of the Mexican Consulate.

YES!

If you die while purposely breaking a law, whose fault is that? Isn't that sorta like suicide? Whose fault is that?
WHERE'S THE REAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE, Barry? I still question your citizenship.
