Their visa isn't invalidated when it's learned they lied to get it which makes them an illegal alien? Why is that? Fraud normally invalidates the transaction, making it null and void.

Technically it's valid until they are taken before an immigration judge and have a hearing in which they are found guilty of fraud and the judge rules their visa invalid.

No one know which party will be in the presidency then. And many of the republican candidates are just like the democrats with their amnesty plans and bringing back the GOOD ILLEGAL ALIENS, etc.
