Immigration arrests 57 suspected illegal aliens at Defense Contractor

U.S. Immigration raided an Asheville plant, arresting 57 suspected illegal aliens. It happened at Mills Manufacturing, which makes parachutes and military equipment for the Department of Defense. Immigration officials say the workers used stolen or doctored Id’s to get jobs there. Mills Manufacturing says they did not know the ID’s were false.
29 of the workers were released by evening. Immigration offiicals say they had to appear for a hearing at a later date. The others remain in custody.
We talked with Kelvin Bonilla, an employee who was not arrested, “I was lucky, I was one of the ones that had good paperwork. My cousin didn’t and that’s why I’m here picking her up and thank God she’s okay.â€Support our FIGHT AGAINST illegal immigration & Amnesty by joining our E-mail Alerts at https://eepurl.com/cktGTn

08-13-2008, 11:53 AM #44News came out today, they released the 29 and expect them to show up in court. Hey that hasn't been working since Regan was in office. What is the definition of insanity? Those arrested today were interviewed by ICE agents to determine if they had medical, caregiver, or other humanitarian issues. ICE identified approximately 29 individuals who qualified for a humanitarian release. These individuals are still required to appear before a federal immigration judge who will ultimately determine whether or not they will be deported.I stay current on Americans for Legal Immigration PAC's fight to Secure Our Border and Send Illegals Home via E-mail Alerts (CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP)

Interesting that ICE puts out a release about what they have done
http://media-newswire.com/release_1070642.html
Yet they release half of them thinking that they will actually show up for court.
Not Good Enough.
When Americans commit crimes, they are not released for humanitarian reasons and allowed to appear in court oin their own word. They either have to post bond or sit in jail until the trial.I stay current on Americans for Legal Immigration PAC's fight to Secure Our Border and Send Illegals Home via E-mail Alerts (CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP)

Fifty-seven illegal immigrants rounded up Tuesday at a Buncombe County factory were sent to the Henderson County Jail for processing but didn’t stay long. After the raid at the Woodfin parachute making plant, ICE agents bused the workers to Henderson County to determine their status and decide whether to release or transfer them.

My brother is working at a construction site in Asheville this week. He called home yesterday and said that at 10:00 AM, ALL of the Hispanic workers at the job site jumped onto their vehicles and LEFT, leaving only a few LEGAL workers at the site. The foreman sent the legal workers home by noon because they did not have enough labor on the job to accomplish their job. The illegals were tipped off that ICE was making a raid at that plant yesterday. I wonder if the illegal who left the job will have their jobs to go back to? I certainly hope not. If my brother calls tonight, I will update the situation.
