This one is just a good read. Scared socialists. If the real-id did what these people fear it would do, i may have supported it instead of my current stance of no way.

Stealthy I found an article on it in Miami.

South Florida's Bounty Hunters Stalk By Night
(CBS4) MIAMI You probably associate the words bounty hunters with chasing down criminals. CBS4 reporter David Sutta is showing you another side of the business rarely seen.
On any given night, bounty hunters are roaming the streets of South Florida searching for illegal immigrants. We learned not only is it happening here; it's big business. We're used to hearing the government, not bounty hunters, picking up illegal immigrants. It turns out catching a wanted illegal immigrant fetches thousand of dollars. While the money is good, the job is tough.
These bounty hunters risk their lives on every arrest and literally tear families apart. In the office of a Miami bondsman, Manny Periu and John Liberatore are preparing for work.
"These are the cases that are already set for deportation and this one is urgent. This is the guy we have to hit at five in the morning," said Periu.
The stack of files, on illegal immigrants, were all given a bond when they came to America. When they failed to appear in court, it gets turned over to bounty hunters to track them down for deportation.
Before hitting the streets, Periu says good-bye to his family.
"You never know what's going to happen. I might not come home tonight and at least I know they saw me and everything is good," said Periu.
The bounty hunters wait until dark to begin their roundup, suiting up like a cop, except they have more power. They don't need a warrant to bust down your door.
"What's on the other side of the door is what scares me the most."
The first stop Fort Lauderdale...
"Jump it... he's got cameras set up," said Periu.
This is the frustrating part of the business. The woman they're looking for, who they call the "skip" is not home. They'll have to come back.
They move on to West Palm Beach where Periu knocks on the door and asks for Matha Juan from Guatemala.
"Martha esta?" Periu asked.
Martha Nicholas missed her court date in May. She's ordered to be deported to Guatemala. When the handcuffs come out; chaos erupts.
"You've got 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 people living in a small bedroom apartment," said Periu.
He checks ID's. While he's only here for Martha, he knows she isn't the only one here illegally.
"Great passport, but look no entrance stamp. How did he get into the country? He'd have a stamp," said Periu.
As Martha is led away from her home, her husband pleaded.
In the end, he realizes he has to say good-bye to his wife.
"Afterwards when you see the hugging and kissing, that's when it reality sets in," said Liberatore.
"It's tough but if they had done it like the rest of the family when they got here originally, gone to court, got their residency card, I wouldn't be there for them right now. I'm just doing my end of the job," said Periu.
As tough as these guys are, they admit they have let people go, especially when children are involved.
Periu estimates they round up about 100 illegal immigrants a year at $1,500-$3,000 a head. So you can see the profitability of the business.
ICE deported Martha Nicholas on August 28th. If she comes back to her husband in the U.S., it will be a third degree felony.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

I am thinking of starting a bounty hunter company that is only after illegals. There are people I know who have experience and I can access the information easily. Anyone that gets run and has a deportation order can be passed on to my staff and they can get them. I would also pay people money for tips that result in a capture and that way we can even get more. Once word gets out others might just self deport. Actually I think this is why many illegals are leaving South Florida.

10-03-2007, 06:00 PM #39You know, THAT TICKS ME OFF TOO! I never really thought about it, but they are disgracing the American flag just by carrying it.

I just hope our government wakes up and takes control before we find ourselves in the 2nd American civil war.
