This creep had prior convictions but was able to stay in the U.S….why? He should have been deported long ago! He told his 7-year old victim after he raped her that if she told he wouldn’t come back…Huh? So much is still unclear with this crime (what is the relationship to this family?) but the news often leaves questions unanswered to protect the illegal. In any case, why wasn’t this rapist deported after his previous crimes? What are we doing to our children when we let criminals like this come into our country and stay?

SAN ANTONIO — A 41-year-old man believed to be an undocumented immigrant was arrested Tuesday for allegedly sexually assaulting a 7-year-old girl on the Northeast Side Monday, according to arrest documents.

Carlos Esparza, who is suspected of being in the country illegally, was arrested on a first-degree felony charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child and is currently being held at the Bexar County Jail on a $75,000 bond, according to online records.

The alleged sex assault occurred at the Harlow Apartments in the 7500 block of Harlow Drive on the Northeast Side, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by mySA.com.

The victim’s mother noticed the girl was “walking funny as if she was in pain,” to which the girl said Esparza had hurt her, the affidavit said.

The girl told investigators her mother put her to bed but she and her other siblings went downstairs to watch TV. Esparza was allegedly on the couch under a blanket when he grabbed her and put her on his lap. He then allegedly took off the girl’s underwear and his clothes, and sexually assaulted the girl in several ways, the arrest affidavit said.

Officers learned he is believed to be in the country illegally and could easily leave the country if his alleged acts were made known to law enforcement, according to the affidavit.

Esparza has previously been arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and narcotics charges, the report said.

Here’s evidence that illegals have more rights than legal US citizens! The answer to where this animal can be located is that THE POLICE HAVE NO IDEA WHERE HE IS! He was released with the stipulation that he return four months later…Duh! Is it any wonder that the guy didn’t show up for his court appearance! This is happening way too often! These men will rape or commit a crime and then flee back to Mexico. CLOSE OUR BORDER WITH MEXICO NOW!

Police across multiple states, including California, are looking for a man accused of raping a 3-year-old girl.

In November of 2015, Juan Hernandez Zuniga was arrested for rape of a child in the first degree. He was booked into the Adams County Jail in Washington State.

Zuniga was later released on bail and was ordered to return to court four months later. Police say Zuniga failed to make his court appearance, and a felony warrant for his arrest was then issued.

Officials do not believe he’s still in Washington State. They believe he’s likely traveled south and may be hiding in California looking for a way to get into Mexico. Border Patrol has been notified.

Our government is insane, it cares nothing for our people. For any government of any nation to want this scum in our country for so much as a minute, has lost its mind, soul, heart and is nothing short of an anti-American rogue government on the take with the drug cartels behind illegal immigration into the United States.

Anyone who doesn't believe that doesn't understand his goals overall and how he intends to meet them. You can't balance the budget funding illegal aliens. You can't reduce crime with illegal immigration. You can't create jobs for American Workers and raise wages with illegal immigration. You can't do what he wants to do without STOPPING ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION and deporting illegal aliens. It is not mathematically possible.
