Hmmmmm … Harry Reid and His Chinese Sugar Daddy? Versus America?

Everyone has been following the tribulations of Nevada Rancher, Cliven Bundy, with horror, disbelief and heightened disgust (if that’s possible) with the Left’s hijacking of the government. Hundreds of protestors willing to brave BLM threats such as take “one more step and you’re dead,” steadfastly marched on government positions and took back Mr. Bundy’s cattle unharmed. But why was a government agency suddenly so quick to back down? A highly publicized, dramatic stand-off against an American citizen hadn’t fazed them before. It appears that Harry Reid and his Chinese connections might hold the key.

The BLM seized Bundy’s livestock, threatened at gunpoint, tasered, beat pregnant women and arrested people expressing their protest of government incursion against Bundy. “First Amendment areas” were even set up in order to cordon off protests. All, supposedly, in the name of protecting the Desert Tortoise. The problem with that fiction, however, is that in 2013 the Huffington Post reported that our self-same government was engaging in the wholesale obliteration of the Desert Tortoise: “…the pampered desert dweller now faces a threat from the very people who have nurtured it…officials plan to close the (preserve) and euthanize hundreds of the tortoises they’ve been caring for since the animals were added to the endangered species list in 1990.”

This fact was once again brought to light by Western Journalism on Friday: “Officially, the federal agency has suggested they are only after Bundy because his cattle are a threat to an endangered species of tortoise. That narrative, however, fell apart…when it was revealed the agency itself has engaged in the widespread slaughter of the animal.”

Cows don’t endanger tortoises. Cows endanger solar energy plants. Federal impact studies agreed: “…the Dry Lake Solar Energy Zone utilizes Gold Butte as the location for offsite mitigation for impacts from solar development, and…those restoration activities are not durable with the presence of trespass cattle.” Aha. The feds, seeking to capitalize on the success California’s PC charade, ruining farmers in favor of the Delta smelt, were going to support their desperate, endangered tortoise-scenario in an effort to make Chinese-owned, green-energy investments in Nevada a reality; until a more likely and far more appalling motive came to light, that is.
On Friday Infowars.com published breaking news:

The Bureau of Land Management, whose director was Sen. Harry Reid’s (D-Nev.) former senior adviser, has purged documents from its web site stating that the agency wants Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy’s cattle off of the land his family has worked for over 140 years in order to make way for solar panel power stations…Deleted from BLM.gov but reposted for posterity by the Free Republic, the BLM document entitled “Cattle Trespass Impacts” directly states that Bundy’s cattle “impacts” solar development, more specifically the construction of “utility-scale solar power generation facilities” on “public lands.”

Specifically, solar plants financed by China. Bizpac Review followed up on Saturday: “…the feds were using the Bureau of Land Management to bully and intimidate ranchers like Bundy, pushing them off public land in order to pave the way for lucrative ‘green energy’ projects backed by the Communist Chinese government and linked to Nevada Senator Harry Reid.”
Reid is involved in the multi-billion dollar enterprise up to his scrawny neck. But this revelation isn’t new. Reuters ran an exposé about this venture back in 2012:

(Reid) and his oldest son, Rory, are both involved in an effort by a Chinese energy giant, ENN Energy Group, to build a $5 billion solar farm and panel manufacturing plant in…southern Nevada…Reid has been one of the project’s most prominent advocates, helping recruit the company during a 2011 trip to China and applying his political muscle on behalf of the project in Nevada. His son, a lawyer with a prominent Las Vegas firm that is representing ENN, helped it locate a 9,000-acre…site that it is buying well below appraised value from Clark County, where Rory Reid formerly chaired the county commission.

Reid isn’t a trailblazer when it comes to selling out his country in favor of China. He has had plenty of Democrat precedents; think Bill Clinton. Just like the First Black President he has, thus far, been Teflon coated, politically speaking. All Reid has had to do is flatly deny any and all charges against him. Then the allegations magically disappear and he is, miraculously, reelected. That cycle has been ongoing for 28 years.
It is ludicrous to believe that a transparently dishonest, self-interested insect like Reid could continue to flourish unaided. This time, however, Americans have been willing to confront the guns of the federal government; let’s see if, this time, Reid can withstand the light of day better than the average cockroach can.

My Oath and Promise as an American Citizen in 2013 In this time of crass and blatant lies by the leaders of our nation and their appointees. Where American lives have been lost on foreign soil based on those lies. Where the freedom of our citizens has been infringed upon for pure political purposes based on lies. Where the literal health of the nation...and by extension the lives of its citizens...hangs in the balance as a result of crass, blatant, and knowing lies. Where the very good faith and name of this Republic has been dragged through the mud based on lies.
In such times, as American citizens we must remember who we are, and what we have been given as a people. What so many have sacrificed so much to pass on to us. Those gifts, and the principles upon which they are based transcend any lie, and any individual, or group of individuals telling them.

We have God-given, Constitutional Rights:
As Americans, and according to the US Constituion, we have a God-given right to the following:

1. The right to life.
2. Freedom of speech
3. Freedom to peaceably assemble
4. Freedom of religion and conscience
5. The right to defend ourselves and to keep and bear firearms

These are our most fundamental rights, upon which our freedom and liberty rest, and upon which our other innumerated rights rest.
The US Constitution is the ultimate law of the land:
No lower court, no President, no state or federal legislature, no Attorney General, no Secretrary of anything, no officer of the court, no judge, and no law enforcement officer can infringe upon, or render those rights in any way moot without using the amendment process provided for in the constitution itself. In fact, all of those individuals have taken an oath to bear true faith and allegiance to that Constitution and to defend it against all enemies foreign and domestic. They are showing by their actions, when they attempt to violate those rights, that they are actually oath breakers, and enemies of the Constititon they took an oath to protect.
As to all of those rights listed, no official amendment has been inacted revoking them, or renouncing them. Therefore, according to the law we still have them. And, as God is my wintess, since our life and liberties come from Him, even if unhallowed hands got amendments passed to infringe upon them, we would then appeal to God in Heaven for His aid in overthrowing the resultant tyranny and return our land to the Constitutional Republic, with liberty based on moral principle and constraint established by God, which our Founders established.
In this regard, despite our founding and the clear wording of our Constitution, as stated, many governmental officials and appointees have, over the last decades, and particularly in the last 6 years, been trampling on these rights and trying to cajole, finagle, and legislate these rights away. In many instances people have been detained, jailed, imprisoned, and even injured or killed because those citizens sought to maintain or defend their rights in the face of the acts, interpretations, findings, executive orders, and laws de jour that have been foisted upon our nation. The people making, passing, enforcing, and enacting these conditions have, by their actions, defined themselves as enemies of the Constitution of the United States, and enemies of liberty, our way of life, and We the People.
It is time to fulfill our Oath to the Constitution:
It is time for all citzens who have taken an oath to bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution, and to defend it against all enemies foreign and domestic, to stand and fulfill their oath. The language of the Constitution with respect to these rights is clear. "Shall not be infringed," "Shall have the right," etc. are clear statements that cannot be misinterpreted. Legally they can only undone by constituional amendment. Morally they are gifts from God and beyond the purvue of mortal man.
If we are to retain our liberty and our way of life, and vouchsafe the blessings and prosperity attendant to such libety for ourselves, our families, and our descendants, we must stop this treason now.
I am but an every-day American citizen. I hold no high office. Yet, as an American citizen:

We must heed the call as God-fearing, libety-loving Americans to stand:
The call to all God-fearing, libety-loving Americans to stand and say NO!
The call to all God-fearing, liberty-loving Americans who have taken an oath to defend the Constitution against such enemies, and to bear true faith and allegiance to stand and do so now against those who are subverting our constitution and our Republic. If you have not taken that oath in an offical capacity, but have that promise and that commitment in your heart...then I call on you to stand with us!
This must happen by the tens of millions. It must start as massive civil disobedience to these unconstitutional acts, and demand that they be overturned.
It must bear itself out at the ballot box, ridding oursleves of these flim-flam, political whores who are beholden only to themselves, their vice, and cravings for power. And yes, it must always be defended by the cartridge box. That is the true reason our American founders, our heritage, has passed on to us the 2nd Amendment which these usurpers and interlopers fear so much.
Stand in you homes. Stand in your towns. Stand in your counties., Stand in your cities. Stand in your states.
We need a revolution of the heart and mind...and faith in God:
A revolution that leads to action against this state of affairs, and puts our faith in God. We need a revival of the independent and liberty loving spirit of our forefathers who sacrificed all to purchase our liberty for us.
Identify direct and crass violations of the Constitution and demand their overturned and do not obey such laws. They are not legal.
As examples:

• If you do not want to photograph a homosexual wedding becaiuse of your religious belief...do not do so, and then fight tooth and nail, with all the resources at your disposal against any attempt to coerce you to do so. Those trying to coerse you are the enemy to all we hold dear.
• If you feel the need to speak out against this encroaching tyranny in any form...do so, and urge others to join with you. Do not be silenced. The time has come to stand resolutely and disobey such attmpts to silence our 1st amendment rights.
• If you are a law-abiding citizen, do not give up your arms to any so-called government official who tries to take them away form you under the color of law. What they are doing is illegal and is treason against the very fabric of this nation.
• If your school or town wishes to pray to God before a game or meeting, do so. Invite others to pray with you, allowing them to not bow their heads if they so desire.

Come together. Form committees of correspondence and committees of safety in your town, cities, counties, and states. They need not, and should not be beholden to, or a part of, any political party. They must be common Americans, coming together to protect our freedom and our constitution and to demand those who represent us to do the same or be removed forthwith from office.
If we do not do this...if we ourselves are unwilling to stand and fight for our liberty and that of our children and grandchildren and generations yet unborn, we will lose our precious liberty and all the blessings, prosperity, and future that attend it.



As God is my witness:
I declare, as a soveriegn American citizen, that I will stand and identify unconstitutional encroachment wherever it exists, and to then fight against it.
I will identify said encroachment, proclaim it, demand it to cease, and if must be, I will fight against it until such actions are purged from our land.
Until all of those underhanded, self-serving, con-men and women who would foist such conditions on us beg the very mountains to fall upon them and hide themselves and their intent from a civil society.
I so declare, I so commit, so help me God.

BLM: We are Worried Cliven Bundy Might Have Prescriptive Rights & He Might Use that Defense in Court

In this ongoing story surrounding cattle rancher Cliven Bundy, there are a series of questions media has ignored. For instance, in the 20 years Bundy hasn't been paying his fees, why hasn't he been taken to court? Why this year, spend nearly $1,000,000 of taxpayer money to round up 400 cattle that ultimately have to be returned? Why didn't the BLM just place a lien on the cattle rather than attempting to take them by force and then auction them off? The Bureau of Land Management has suffered a huge black eye this week because of their response to the Bundy situation. Perhaps though, there is a reason the BLM chose force over the courts.

In an exclusive interview with Benswann.com, Montana cattle rancher Todd Devlin says the BLM is now considering new ways of dealing with the Cliven Bundy situation. Devlin is not just a Montana cattle rancher, but is also a County Commissioner in Prairie County Montana. He has also worked with the Department of Interior, having taught workshops for the agency in the past. Monday, Devlin reached out to his contacts in the Department of the Interior to find out why the Bureau of Land Management has refused to work with Bundy rather than simply attempting to run over him.

Among the questions Devlin asked of the BLM, "Is it possible that this guy (Cliven Bundy) has prescriptive rights?" The response from top officials at the BLM, "We are worried that he might, and he might use that defense."
So what exactly are prescriptive rights? Prescriptive right to property is an easement that gives some one the right to use land owned by someone else for a particular purpose. An example is using a path through Party A's land to get to your land; a prescriptive easement is allowed which gives the user the right to get to his land through A's property.
In most states, if a trespass or use of land occurs regularly for at least 5 years without the "owner" of the land taking legal action, prescriptive rights come into play. Because Bundy stopped paying his grazing fees to the BLM in 1993, but continued to use the land for over 20 years, it is possible he now has prescriptive rights to the land. That might explain why the BLM has not taken this issue to court and never bothered to file a lien against the cattle.
Granted, there have been court actions over the years. In 1998, a federal judge issued a permanent injunction against Bundy, ordering him to remove his cattle from the federal lands. He lost an appeal to the San Francisco 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Yet, the "trespass cattle" remained on the BLM land. In fact, it took until August of 2013 for a court order to be issued saying Bundy had 45 days to remove his cattle from federal land. 15 years went by from the time of the last court case over the cattle until the BLM attempted to remove the livestock.
Of course, Bundy has not made the claim that he will not pay the fees, he simply says he will not pay those fees to the BLM because he doesn't recognize federal authority over the land. Bundy has said that in the past that he would pay fees to Clarke County, Nevada, though Clarke County has refused to accept them. The BLM has insisted that Bundy owes $1.1 million dollars in grazing fees for his trespass cattle.
"The actual number is probably around $200,000. The $1.1 million claimed by the BLM is probably mostly interest and penalties for trespass cattle." says Devlin, who goes on to say that it is unlikely that Clarke County would be able to collect those penalties.

When Devlin reached out to the BLM, he suggested that the federal agency just allow Bundy to pay the fees to the county rather than continuing with these aggressive tactics to confiscate his cattle.
"Why don't you just let him pay them there (Clarke County)? I got a call back from the liaison saying 'Yes, pursue it.'" Devlin reached out to contacts in Nevada to get that process moving forward. If that were to happen, Clarke County could collect the grazing fees and if it desired to do so could hand those fees over to the BLM.
Finally, Devlin says instead of allowing the situation with Bundy's cattle to grow completely out of control, the BLM could have simply placed a lien on the cattle in the first place. Of course, that lien might have been rejected in court if Bundy were able to demonstrate those prescriptive rights. Then again, the courts so far have sided with the government; therefore, it is even more baffling why the lien wasn't placed on the livestock.
Days after the BLM has claimed they will stand down, they are now reportedly considering a lien on the cattle,
"I asked why you didn't put a lien against the cattle?" Devlin asked the BLM. "They hadn't thought about that, but they are considering it now."

While Cliven Bundy’s decades long battle against the federal government over grazing rights on his Nevada ranch continues, news from the nation’s capital has confirmed that Rep. Darrell Issa, chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, has launched a full federal investigation into President Obama and Senator Harry Reid’s involvement in the attempted land grab by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM).
In a Fox News interview aired today, Issa told Gretchen Carlson that he has launched an investigation to find out what exactly was Obama and Reid’s involvement in the siege of the Bundy Ranch. Issa went on to reference a 2010 memo titled “Internal Draft – NOT FOR RELEASE” that appears to lay the groundwork for such a seizure to take place. The memo reads, in part: “The areas listed may be good candidates for National Monument designation under the Antiquities Act; however, further evaluations should be completed prior to any final decision, including an assessment of public and Congressional support.”
According to a source within Issa’s office, who spoke with National Report on the condition of anonymity, “Rep. Issa is taking this issue very seriously. This scandal has the possibility of being a huge blow to the Administration and could overshadow recent scandals involving HealthCare.gov and Benghazi. This man [Obama] has repeatedly ignored the Constitution and initial reports show his hands all over this violation of Clive Bundy’s Constitutional rights. It is imperative we understand how much he knew about the violation of Bundy’s freedom to graze his cattle on Federal land and to what extent the deal Harry Reid’s son negotiated with the Chinese in order to build a solar farm on the land had to do with the final decision. We have what we believe to be the smoking gun in this investigation and subpoenas will be sent out and those responsible will be forced to testify in a court of law.”
