That is your opinion. I think Most Americans and certainly most Republicans will love the fact that the FairTax taxes illegal aliens at 23% when Americans have the option of a Rebate that exempts US from that same tax. The FairTax puts America First on Trade taxing imports sold in the US 23% in addition to any tariffs, the FairTax puts Americans First on Illegal Immigration taxing illegal aliens 23% without offset when Americans receive a Rebate for necessities. Why in the world would any ALIPACER oppose that?

Under the present income tax system instead of punishing, you are rewarding imports allowing them to enter without any tariffs to speak of and be deducted on income tax returns. You are also rewarding illegal aliens by requiring them to file personal income tax returns which entitles them to standard deductions, personal deductions, dependent deductions, child care tax credit and earned income tax credit, mortage interest deduction, property tax deduction, etc., etc., etc. the sum of which is HUUUGE. The FairTax repeals all of that. We post about this problem all the time, and the FairTax not only removes all these handouts, it penalizes illegal aliens by excluding them from the Rebate.
