Obama will call on citizens of all ages to serve America, by developing a plan to require 50 hours of community service in middle school and high school and 100 hours of community service in college every year. National Honor Society already mandates 20-100 community service hours (UNPAID) from its members in middle and high school.

With close to a super majority and a super majority with the rino's in the GOP. On top of this at least 2 supreme court judges retiring, I would not say it is not happening. It may happen based on that.
