The pot issue is a huge issue, far bigger than a bunch of nominees to the DOJ. The pot issue affects the freedom and lives of millions and millions of Americans, the pot issue is a huge state and local law enforcement cost with absolutely no benefits to warrant the expense, the pot issue is an enormous civil rights issue related to race because of the disproportionate arrests and incarcerations of blacks when compared to all other race groups. Legalizing weed solves all of those huge problems for our citizens, states and communities. And that's before we even get to the money, businesses, taxes and other financial and economic benefits, let alone the benefits to crime reduction by tightening the noose on the foreign cartels and reducing illegal immigration. The benefits of Trump's decision are monumental and irrefutable.

While Democrats are excited about a "blue wave" in November to win power, I and many other Republicans are excited about a "legal pot wave" to correct inequities and solve problems for our people to move our country forward. By doing the right thing, who knows what other "wave" will result from it. We'll find out on election day in November.
