Folks, no one is this ignorant of the purpose for the Constitution. I've seen fake posters yanking people's chains before, and I can hear the links rattling on this one. There are many countries that provide health care to its citizens when they're not able to pay fot it. Canada is doing a much better job than we do. They take care of their people - perhaps a reason that we don't have too many Canadian illegals ? When a government is not willing to take care of its citizens, it will increase the number of people leaving the country. Why do you guys / girls think that so many illegals from Mexico enter the US ? Simple, just because their government doesn't care for the well being of its citizens.

I may carry it, it's my way of protection against the federal government, it's my right to bear arms ? And I feel so threatened by gang members, and when they try to beat me up or kill me, I just nuke them to and with them a part of Sac, why not ? My right to protect myself and bear arms, isn't it ?

A form of democracy like Denmark, Belgium, etc is better than we have in the US. Why ? Because they have to form coalitions or something, there's more cooperation among the parties, here the Dems and GOP hardly work together or form a bipartisan government because of our stupid electoral vote system. Why the hell would you vote in Texas as a Democrat ? Why the hell should you vote as a Republican in New York in the presidential election ?? Your vote won't mean crap, because of our electoral vote system. I can really get angry about this.

You apparently have no comprehension of statistics or of cause and effect. You can't simply compare homicide rates and say that gun ownership is a factor. The countries you cite have great varying degrees of societal harmony that has more to do with how homogenous the culture is than whether or not they have guns. If you would have taken the time to compare apples to apples by comparing the homicide rate of US communities with strict gun control compared to those with lax gun laws, you would get a clearer picture of the suppressive effect that gun ownership has, not only on homicide rates, but on all crime.
