    Psalm 91

    Security of the One Who Trusts in the LORD.

    1 He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High
    Will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.

    2 I will say to the LORD, “My refuge and my fortress,
    My God, in whom I trust!â€

    Do Not Fear

    Psalm 27

    1 The LORD is my light and my salvation—
    whom shall I fear?
    The LORD is the stronghold of my life—
    of whom shall I be afraid?

    2 When evil men advance against me
    to devour my flesh, [a]
    when my enemies and my foes attack me,
    they will stumble and fall.

    3 Though an army besiege me,
    my heart will not fear;
    though war break out against me,
    even then will I be confident.

    4 One thing I ask of the LORD,
    this is what I seek:
    that I may dwell in the house of the LORD
    all the days of my life,
    to gaze upon the beauty of the LORD
    and to seek him in his temple.

    5 For in the day of trouble
    he will keep me safe in his dwelling;
    he will hide me in the shelter of his tabernacle
    and set me high upon a rock.

    6 Then my head will be exalted
    above the enemies who surround me;
    at his tabernacle will I sacrifice with shouts of joy;
    I will sing and make music to the LORD.

    7 Hear my voice when I call, O LORD;
    be merciful to me and answer me.

    8 My heart says of you "Seek his [b] face!"
    Your face, LORD, I will seek.

    9 Do not hide your face from me,
    do not turn your servant away in anger;
    you have been my helper.
    Do not reject me or forsake me,
    O God my Savior.

    10 Though my father and mother forsake me,
    the LORD will receive me.

    11 Teach me your way, O LORD;
    lead me in a straight path

    12 Do not turn me over to the desire of my foes,
    for false witnesses rise up against me,
    breathing out violence.

    13 I am still confident of this:
    I will see the goodness of the LORD
    in the land of the living.

    14 Wait for the LORD;
    be strong and take heart
    and wait for the LORD.

    How nice to scroll through the messages and read each one and then be greeted by a big, beautiful flower that reminds us of the beauty and the hope and renewal that is found in the belief in a God who truly loves and cares for us.

    The Psalms are a good place to find comfort and wisdom in this day.

    2 Chronicles 7:14
    Matthew 19:26
    But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

    The Book Of Revelation

    This will make you think - A Trivia question in Sunday School :

    How long is the beast allowed to have authority in Revelations ?

    Revelations Chapter 13 tells us it is 42 months, and you know what that is. Almost a four-year term to a Presidency.

    All I can say is Lord Have Mercy on us.!!!!!!

    According to The Book of Revelations the anti-Christ is: The anti-Christ will be a man, in his 40's, of MUSLIM descent, who will deceive the nations with persuasive language, and have a MASSIVE Christ-like appeal....the prophecy says that people will flock to him and he will promise false hope and world peace, and when he is in power, will destroy everything .

    Is it OBAMA?? I STRONGLY URGE each one of you to repost this as many times as you can! Each opportunity that you have to send it to a friend or media outlet...do it! I refuse to take a chance on this unknown candidate who came out of nowhere.

    ------
    You know I got this from several people on my email list. I am Christian and a true believer in God, but I am not fanatical. It does make you wonder. I don't think the anti-christ would be this obvious . . . would it???
    Once abolish the God and the government becomes the God.*** -G.K. Chesterton from the book 'The Shack' by Wm. Paul Young-

    alisab, it has been interesting to see how many people are making this statement. Who knows who and what will usher in the appearance of the anti-Christ. We know that we are to watch for signs and to be waiting, and we must be praying to recognize when the appearance of the Lord is near. Prophecy is continually being fulfilled, and we know that the world is changing, there is more of an emphasis on One World cooperation and government, with judiciary, financial, and civil rights being considered by international bodies instead of within the sovereignty of nations. We know we live in more of a gray world, absent absolutes or morals or convictions.

    We must be watching, and we must be witnessing and gathering more for His kingdom. We need to do what we can for our families, our friends, and those whom we come across in our daily lives.

    What a great day to see His face.

    But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.
