that has happened to me 3x now this morning when I'm trying as a voter to reach her office. at least Boxer now has a "message center" voicemail, b/c her DC office can't be bothered to answer the phone either, never once did I get through to her DC office during any of the last 3 years I've been calling.

She is the worst of the bunch. She is totally unresponsive to her constituents

Since my hubby's cell phone still has a 925 area code, I attempted to call her myself. I must have a bad cell because I am put on hold then disconnected.

"Senator Burr is opposed to amnesty and he is opposed to the amnesty in this bill" is what I was told by a staffer. He has not oficially stated a public position.

Burr staffer says the senator is opposed to all amnesties. The staffer said Burr had not told them to say anything specific about this ag amnesty and only had the 'opposed to all amnesties' stance to tell me.
