This citizens grand jury thing is not real. It’s a dog and pony show and a certain distraction from the true education and true power available which will surely confuse the issue and make it easier for the Government to further subvert the true power we the people hold as grand jurors.

It would seem we have a legal dispute going on here. Donofrio says 'no way,' and Orly Taitz seems to respond 'way.'

Note, however, that Donofrio seems to have changed his posture with regard to the question of a state grand jury, and I have to assume he has learned since his earlier position. I don't know.

I'm not an attorney, and I'm not Solomon, and I can't answer the legal question for you. Anyone else have any suggestions on this discussion?

The concept of the Citizens Grand Jury is based upon the Magna Carta which is the foundation of British common law. Our legal system is based upon British common law and we still seat grand juries for indictment purposes.....apparently the only country in the world who still does.

From my very limited knowledge on the subject, it's supposed to be this which makes the convening of a citizens grand jury in this case a perfectly valid legal strategy.

Why do I call the cover up of Obama aka Soetoro aka and all his other aliases a crisis? Because the longer federal judges play fast and loose with the law and other law enforcement (DOJ) continue to ignore a true constitutional legal challenge, the more extensive the damage to this country will be. As I have said in recent columns, production of a long form vault birth certificate will "not put to rest this issue once and for all." If the document were genuine and showed Obama aka Soetoro and so forth, were born in Kenya, it would only prove what so many of us already know: Obama aka Soetoro is a classic narcissist and pathological liar. However, if a genuine long form birth certificate shows he was born in Hawaii, it still does not get around constitutional restrictions even though his mother was a U.S. citizen.

The issue of his citizenship status is a legal one, not a political one. This is what Obama's supporters willfully continue to ignore. They gleefully display their industrial strength stupidity by attacking Americans who are asking the law be upheld because no one, not even a president (or usurper president) is above the law. Here are a few examples of individuals who care nothing for our constitution. I can tell you by reading their carefully crafted lies and distortions that they've never spent five minutes reading any legal analysis or historical writings about the issue of 'natural born at birth.'

I can tell you he/she knows nothing about Article 2, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution or why the framers grand fathered in this clause. David Horowitz, much admired by conservatives, makes an astonishing and completely anti American statement on the issue of the law:

Instead, each and every one of them have been dismissed because of "standing" (which these days can mean anything) or because a judge read on the Internet there was no merit! Dr. Orly Taitz has fully documented all the manipulating that has gone at our highest court. None of them mention the outrageous problems that went on with Leo Donofrio's case. The list is endless and those responsible should be hauled in front of the grand jury because no one is above the law.

It doesn't seem to bother any of of them that Obama aka Soetoro has spent approximately $940,000 to keep his school records and the long form vault birth certificate under seal. It doesn't seem to bother them that politically corrupt federal judges would make rulings based on "twittering." How shameful. Dirty journalism has printed easily proven lies (http://tinyurl.com/d37js4) about Dr. Orly Taitz, i.e., she hasn't been admitted to practice in front of the Supreme Court (proof here (http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/blog1/?p=387) and here (http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/blog1/?p=585) is her certificate), she has false teeth and more malicious slander. Orly has provided all the official documentation (except her real teeth) to refute these lies. Her paypal account has been hacked and donations stolen; Orly has demanded the FBI investigate as well as the hacking of her web sites. This seeker of the truth is a dentist with a thriving practice in Southern California, a licensed attorney and real estate agent; she speaks five languages, is a loving mother and wife.

Many sincere Americans are struggling to understand the issue of 'natural born at birth.' I have taken the time to pull all of the legal analysis and historical writings on this issue published by Leo Donofrio (an attorney who brought forth one of the cases the Supreme Court refused to hear) into one place. In this link is also a few items from Dr. Taitz and Mario Apuzzo, Esq. This way, you can read all the legal arguments in one place in sequence. Research takes time. If you don't have the time, you don't want the truth. I believe you will see this issue is not a "frivolous" one and that Obama aka Soetoro does NOT meet constitutional eligibility. He has known it all along and so have his co conspirators in covering up this massive fraud.

Fortunately, this 'Founders' fringe group is the lawful group, but not so for the revisionist group. The revisionist group is composed of malicious anti-Americans and uneducated co-dependent dupes. There is no legitimate or rational reason for the unlawful forces to exist, other than to continue to live off the productive efforts of the Founders Fringe Group (hmmm. we can call it the FFG).

I think we're getting to a time when we have to decide whether we are a country based on laws or a country based on anarchy. If we are a country based on law, we have to act that way and start enforcing our laws (something Obama doesn't want us to do for obvious reasons).

We can't have it both ways.

PatriotofPast, until a court rules that Mr. Obama is a fraudulent candidate for the Presidency, lacking Constitutional qualification as a natural born citizen, there is no grounds for such a lawsuit. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, Chair of the DNC, and Ms. Alice Travis Germond, Secretary of the DNC, each attested under oath that Mr. Obama and Sen. Biden were legally qualified for the offices of President and Vice President.



When Mr. Obama is found guilty of defrauding the election process and We the People of the United States, then Rep. Pelosi and Ms. Germond are liable for perjury. But until Mr. Obama's fraud is proven in court, there can be no indictment for perjury against Rep. Pelosi and Ms. Garmond.

It was disclosed last week that the AKA Certification of Live Birth (COLB) documents, appearing mostly on pro-AKA sites, have been forged and/or altered. These documents can be viewed at:

These images are represented by digital files, ie, computer language which can be opened using a text editor program.

The COLB appearing at the dailykos.com URL above carries the following information in the digital file:

What this says is that this image was forged/altered on June 12, 2008 at 08:42:36 using Photoshop CS3 for Macintosh.

The COLB appearing at the politfact.com URL above carries the following information in the digital file:

It seems that a computer named "Ducky" was used and Adobe to alter this file. An e-mail to Amy Hollyfield who wrote the article for politifact.com, requesting of her where she obtained the image shown in the article, goes unanswered.

The same is true of the COLB appearing at the fightthesmears.com URL above:

And the same is also true of the COLB appearing at the L.A. Times URL's above:

That the digital images appearing on fightthesmears.com, politifact.com, and the L.A. Times all appear to have been altered using the same computer makes it apparent they all came from the same source. It is also obvious from the digital files of these images, that there are multiple forged/altered copies on the internet.

It is these COLB's that Congress have referenced in claiming that AKA was born in Hawaii. It is very obvious that not one of these documents is authentic.

In my last article, I addressed the comments of one Janice Okubo, "spokeswoman" for the Hawaii Department of Health. Okubo had claimed that the COLB being waved about by AKA looked like her own "birth certificate", Okubo obviously not knowing the difference between the COLB and a long-form birth certificate issued at the time of birth.

Request for clarification of Okubo's comments remains unanswered, answer in itself.

On March 14, 2009, a request for disclosure, under the laws of Hawaii, was made to the Department of Health. That request for disclosure reads as follows:

Receiving no response to the first request; a second request was e-mailed directly to Okubu. That request also remains unanswered. Neither request for disclosure has been officially denied as a result of the requested documents being exempt from disclosure.

The failure of the Hawaii Department of Health to respond, suggests several possibilities:

1. Collusion by the Hawaii Department of Health with AKA to thwart the public's right to know;
2. There have been no requests made of the Hawaii Department of Health by AKA for any document which means that all the documents showing up on the internet are forgeries;
3. The Hawaii Department of Health, in the usual fashion of government entities, believes that by ignoring the request, it will go away.

Of course, the birth certificate is not the only issue.

AKA has claimed that he was, at birth, a dual citizen of both the U.S. and Britain. This would void any claim of being a natural born citizen and make him ineligible to the office of president under Article II, Section 1, Clause 5, United States Constitution; dual citizenship does not equate to natural born. The natural born citizen clause was written to preclude individuals with dual loyalties, ie, dual citizenship from becoming president.

There is also the matter of the adoption of AKA by Lolo Soetoro and AKA's Indonesian citizenship; said citizenship continuing past his 18th birthday when he traveled to Pakistan on a non-American passport (probably on an Indonesian passport).

What can you do?

Send this article to your representatives in Congress. Demand an investigation; demand that AKA be forced to produce the following documents, under all names he has used:

1. long form birth certificate;
2. adoption records;
3. education records;
4. health records;
5. selective service records;
6. passport records;
7. social security records including disclosure of all social security numbers he has used;

… and that this be done immediately.

Do not take the inane excuses, such as have already been proffered to date by representatives to Congress, as answer. Force them to do their job. Removing the usurper to the Oval Office is not only their duty but their sworn obligation under their oath to protect and defend the United States Constitution.
