Rather than producing the documents, Obama and his thugs, supported by the deafening silence of the American people, will railroad Terry Lakin.

I am further prepared to publicly state that Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck, Scott Brown, and the national leadership of The Tea Party will treat Lt. Col. Terry Lakin as if he is a leper.

I am yet further determined to say publicly that The Tea Party leadership, Glenn Beck, and Sarah Palin are more hypocritical than any political movement to date.

The Republican Party got started in a patriotic attempt to end slavery. The Dixiecrats, now many Democrats, got started to maintain slavery.

The Tea Party got started because they could not stomach what they knew was the truth about Obama and the cult like actions of many Americans; it was sickening. The preamble to the Tea Party was, “Where Is the **** Birth Certificate?â€

A senior adviser to President Barack Obama[, David Axelrod,] says the Democratic nominee for the Senate in South Carolina doesn't appear to be a legitimate candidate. [Translation: he was not anointed and put forward by the moolahs of the S.C. Democrat Party.]

South Carolina Democrats chose a political unknown, 32-year-old Alvin Greene, to run against Republican Sen. Jim DeMint this fall. [FAIL]

Greene is an unemployed military veteran who hardly campaigned for the office, and his victory last Tuesday has raised questions about who backed his candidacy.

And it turns out that he's facing a felony charge.

It worked for Mr. Obama...

David Axelrod is not the one to be throwing stones or calling attention to a candidate not being legitimate.

Meanwhile, the party moolahs are offering any reason for Alvin Greene's primary win
besides voter disgust against the current status quo and the party nominee.

So if Mr. Obama is ousted, and Vice President Joe Biden is deemed a separately elected candidate, then he becomes POTUS.

  else Rep. Nancy Pelosi becomes POTUS.

Someone will have to determine whether Mr. Biden exists as an office holder independently of the Obama-Biden ticket.

Someone will have to decide whether Mr. Obama's specific incapacity for the Presidency taints V.P. Biden's eligibility.

Someone will have to rule that DNC Chairperson Rep. Nancy Pelosi and DNC Secretary Alice Travis Germond perjured themselves by certifying to Hawaii the eligibility of a Constitutionally ineligible candidate.

In consideration of Obama's possible sudden disappearance from office, we need to know what to do.

I picked up this article below from About.com, and it looks as though it is pretty accurate. Having said that, I have read one lawyer prepared document that was 17 pages long and it indicated this is NOT an easy fix.

A brief history of presidential succession

Congress has wrestled with the issue of presidential succession throughout our history. Why? Well, between 1901 and 1974, five vice presidents have taken over the top office due to four presidential deaths and one resignation. In fact, between the years 1841 to 1975, more than one-third of all U.S. presidents have either died in office, quit, or become disabled. Seven vice presidents have died in office and two have resigned resulting in a total of 37 years during which the office of vice president was completely vacant.

The present system of presidential succession

Our current method of presidential succession draws authority from:

20th Amendment, Article II, Section 1, Clause 6
25th Amendment
Presidential Succession Law of 1947 (See below)

President and vice president

The 20th and 25th Amendments establish procedures and requirements for the vice president to assume the duties and powers of the president if the president is permanently, or temporarily disabled. In the event of a temporary disability, the vice president serves as president until the president recovers. The president may declare the beginning and ending of his or her own disability. But, if the president is unable to communicate, the vice president and a majority of the presidential Cabinet, or "...other body as Congress may by law provide..." may determine the president's state of disability. Should the president's ability to serve be disputed, Congress decides. They must, within 21 days, and by a 2/3 vote of each house, determine whether the president is able to serve or not. Until they do, the vice president acts as president.

The 25th Amendment also provides a method for filling a vacated office of the vice president. The president must nominate a new vice president, who must be confirmed by a majority vote of both houses of Congress.

Has this process ever been tested? Oh yeah. Back in October, 1973, Vice President Spiro Agnew resigned and President Richard Nixon nominated Gerald R. Ford to fill the office. Then, in August, 1974 President Nixon resigned, Vice President Ford became president and nominated Nelson Rockefeller as the new vice president. Although the circumstances that caused them were, shall we say, distasteful, the transfers of power went smoothly and with little or no controversy.

Beyond president and vice President

The Presidential Succession Law of 1947 addressed the simultaneous disability of both the president and vice president. Under this law, here are the offices and current office holders who would become president should both the president and vice president be disabled. Remember, to assume the presidency, a person must also meet all the legal requirements to serve as president.

Yeah, but what if...

In Tom Clancy's Executive Orders, all of the above office holders, plus the president and vice president are all killed at the same time. What if that DID happen?

First, after about 6 straight months of live, round-the-clock coverage, most people would just start to assume that CNN's Wolf Blitzer had become president.

But, seriously, the only time this is of even slight concern is on the night of the President's annual State of the Union address. While they are all supposed to be there, a "doomsday" provision requires one member of the Cabinet, on a rotating basis, to stay far away from D.C. on that night.

So, probably not

So, we may safely conclude that while the idea of a "person-from-the-street" being appointed President makes best-selling fiction, it's highly unlikely to ever happen.

Our government actually has a long history of being able to deal with high-level vacancies. Here are some interesting historical references.

Presidential Succession Act
July 18, 1947

On July 18, 1947, President Harry Truman signed the Presidential Succession Act. The original act of 1792 had placed the Senate president pro tempore and Speaker of the House in the line of succession, but in 1886 Congress had removed them. The 1947 law reinserted those officials, but placed the Speaker ahead of the president pro tempore.

Throughout most of the nineteenth century, the Senate assumed it was empowered to elect a president pro tempore only during the absence of a vice president. But what should senators do at the end of a session? Since Congress was customarily out of session for half of each year, what would happen in that era of high mortality rates if both the president and vice president died during the adjournment period and there was no designated president pro tempore? For decades, the Senate relied upon an elaborate charade in which the vice president would voluntarily leave the chamber before the end of a session to enable the Senate to elect a president pro tempore. Fearing that the presidency might thus accidentally slip into the hands of the opposition, vice presidents occasionally refused to perform this little courtesy when the opposing party held the Senate majority.

In 1886 Congress replaced the two congressional officials in the line of succession with cabinet officers, in the order of their agencies’ creation. Proponents of this change argued that the Senate elected its presidents pro tempore based on parliamentary rather than executive skills. No president pro tempore had ever served as president, while six former secretaries of state had been elected to that office.

When the 1945 death of Franklin Roosevelt propelled Vice President Truman into the presidency, Truman urged placing the Speaker, as an elected representative of his district, as well as the chosen leader of the “elected representatives of the people,â€

The travisty of Terry Lakin being denied his day in court is totally unconstitutional. But we must remember that we do not have a constitution in power right now and the POTUS can do or declair what ever he wants.

Regarding what is known as a State of National Emergency, "According to the United States Constitution, Article 1, only Congress shall make federal law. However, since the War and Emergency Powers Act of 1933, every president has usurped lawmaking powers. Their 'laws' are called Executive Orders (EOs). These EOs, not our Constitution, are what is governing America today. The War and Emergency Powers Act enables ... the president to declare a national emergency, and thereby become a dictator."[1]

Since March 9, 1933, the United States has been in a state of declared national emergency. In fact, there are now in effect four presidentially-proclaimed states of national emergency: In addition to the national emergency declared by President Roosevelt in 1933, there are also the national emergency proclaimed by President Truman on December 16, 1950, during the Korean conflict, and the states of national emergency declared by President Nixon on March 23, 1970, and August 15, 1971.

There is a really good reason for feeling like you are the enemy...

12 USC 95(b) refers to the authority granted in the Act of October 6, 1917 (a/k/a The Trading with the Enemy Act or War Powers Act) which was "An Act to define, regulate, and punish trading with the enemy, and for other purposes".

This Act originally excluded citizens of the United States, but in the Act of March 9, 1933, Section 2 amended this to include "any person within the United States or any place subject to the jurisdiction thereof".

It was here that every American citizen literally became an enemy to the United States government under declaration.

According to the current Memorandum of American Cases and Recent English Cases on The Law of Trading With the Enemy, we have no personal Rights at law in any court, and all Rights of an enemy (all American citizens are all declared enemies) to sue in the courts are suspended, whereby the public good must prevail over private gain.

This also provides for the taking over of enemy private property. Now we know whywe no longer receive allodial freehold title to our land... as enemies, our property is no longer ours to have.

means of a license.
