He will have to be found ineligible and then...yes...everything he signed will be void. Unless they pass some law to protect the legislation's already passed.

Where was the FBI? He could have never passed the FBI back ground check...so yes...where was and IS the FBI?

I submit that it has been proven beyond any reasonable doubt that we no longer live in a Constitutional republic, but in a totalitarian state, subjects of a dictatorial oligarchy of a few hundred strategically placed enemies of America:

Such a law has long been in effect, stating that laws passed under the color of a legitimate government authority shall remain in effect as if the authority were or had been legitimate. The default is that laws remain in effect, and individual laws must be contested on the basis of the ineligibility of the signing authority. My opinion doesn't count, but I think that laws passed would be considered as having gone into effect without a signature, just as if a legitimate POTUS had allowed a bill to become law without his signature.

I haven't found that law, and I could be completely mistaken. Such a rule does ignore the possibility that a legitimate POTUS would have vetoed certain bills. But don't count on any of the unconstitutional, anti-America legislation becoming void without a fight.

I have started a new book from historian Tom Woods entitled "Nullification" - excellent book, by the way. Early on in the book Prof. Woods makes the following points:

"Nullification begins with the automatic point that a federal law that violates the Constitution is no law at all. It is void and of no effect... it is up to the states, the parties to the federal compact, to declare it so and thus refuse to enforce it."

"If the federal government has the exclusive right to judge its own powers, warned James Madison and Thomas Jefferson in 1798, it will continue to grow - regardless of elections, the separation of powers, and other much touted limits on government powers."

Jefferson warned in 1825 "It is but too evident that the three ruling branches of [the federal government] are in combination to strip their colleagues, the State authorities, of the powers reserved to them, and to exercise themselves all functions foreign and domestic."

"The federal courts have, for all intents and purposes, ceased to police the federal government."

"So in a dispute between the states and the federal government the resolution is to come from... the federal government?"

"[Joseph] Desha concluded that it is 'believed to be the right, as it may hereafter become the duty of the State governments, to protect themselves from the encroachments, and their citizens from oppression, by refusing obedience' to 'unconstitutional mandates.'"

I highly recommend this book to everyone - it IS a winner.

The points extracted from above may appear obvious, but may be worth repeating:

1. Unconstitutional law is no law at all.

2. If left alone to limit its own powers, the federal government won't do it.

3. The federal courts will not police the other branches. BTW, John Marshall, the fourth and longest lasting chief justice of SCOTUS (34 years), was a federalist, as were all of the other SCOTUS judges in the early period. It does not appear to me that we have ever had any states rights justices in SCOTUS.

4. The sovereign States and their citizens have always been left on their own with regard to controversy with the federal government, and must, as Arizona, is now doing so well, push back against unchecked federal government oppression.

And we-all have to stop going to the federal courts to get lawful answers to constitutional questions - they will NOT perform as we want them to.

The answers to our questions and problems lie within our states, and our challenge is to find good people to represent us in state government.

Think about it. If even one state challenged Obama's legitimacy, that solitary action would cause the desired effect of having Americans seriously look into the issue. If we wait for the feds to act, it will never happen.

Tom Woods entitled "Nullification" Glenn Beck pushes this book. Nullification and states taking back sovereignty are the only way. Unless we have a military take over.

get er done, I originally thought that the courts were attempting to protect a candidate of color as a kind of affirmative action, to shield him so the first POTUS of color could make his best showing, and I was OK with that.

But some weeks or months before the 2008 election, it became apparent to many of us that this was an anti-American usurpation, which promised to debase the dollar and dissolve capitalism, and which threatened to take down the United States. I knew from his raising that Barack Obama II was a Marxist/Maoist and a Trotskyite/Alinskyite who would be a mole in the WH for international communism. I did not realize until after the election the death grip that Is|am has on him, and his obligations to the Mus|im Mafia and Dar al Is|am.

I knew that he was a bad boy growing up and a bad actor ever since he moved to Chicago. But it was not as obvious that this was to be a criminal mob in Washington until he began appointing 40+ outlaws and fringe political elements as czars, with cabinet level power, but without Congressional oversight to weed out evildoers. And you ain't seen nothing yet until you see what the IRS has in store on Jan. 1, 2011.

The atmosphere of fear among his opponents testified to the behind-the-scenes presence of the Mob, the Chicago Machine, Louis Farrakhan's Nation of Is|am, the New Black Panther Party, the Chicago-based Council on American-Is|amic Relations, the Service Employees International Union, ACORN, La Raza, and representatives of seemingly every other bunch of thugs that couldn't get representation in Christian or conservative groups.

The pervasive fear made it obvious that there would no longer be free and fair elections, that there would no longer be moral and ethical principles in government, and that judges would be intimidated and coerced (as opposed to bribed and corrupted). Andy Martin kept us informed about the DHS black Suburbans that followed him everywhere and parked just outside his driveway. The Rev. James David Manning recounted that two Secret Service agents and two NYPD LEOs visited him, inquiring about his intentions toward Mr. Obama. Investigator and author Jerome Corsi, Ph.D., was detained by Kenyan police and held incommunicado until they put him on his flight to the U.S. and ordered him never to come back. Then the aforementioned third party VP candidate informed Dr. Orly Taitz about AG Eric Holder's U.S. attorneys intimidating him to maintain silence about Mr. Obama's Constitutional ineligibility for the Office of President because he is not a natural born citizen.

At that point, I realized that the force of evil is not just thuggery and the Chicago Way, but that the executive branch, at its highest levels, is obstructing justice on behalf of the USurpation. That is why we will not see the courts act until after the usurpation is ousted from power, either by the Joint Chiefs of Staff or by Divine Providence, there being no other power capable of rescuing the ship of state from pirates.
