According to rhe Framers of the Constitution, a natural born citizen is one born in the country of citizen parents, which interpretation has been established in six (6) Supreme Court cases, most plainly in Minor v. Happersett.

Barack Obama II was born to Barrack Hussain Obama, Snr., a Kenyan British Protected Subject, and Stanley Ann (Dunham) Obama, a U.S. citizen. As a U.S. citizen 18 years of age, Anna Obama was not old enough to confer even her U.S. citizenship to her child. The INA of 1952 required the citizen parent to be "ten years a resident, five of which are after age fourteen.' As a British Protected Subject, Obama Snr. was subject to the laws of the United Kingdom, as were the births of each of his children born before Kenyan independence on Dec. 12, 1963. How could anyone whose birth status was subject to the laws of the U.K. ever be a natural born citizen of the U.S.?

- the one with the footprint, home address, name of the hospital, and the signatures of a parent, the attending doctor or midwife, and the State Registrar of Vital Statistics.

According to a recorded statement by the Hon. Peter Ogego, Kenyan Ambassador to the U.S.; the taped testimony of Barack Obama II's step-grandmother in Kogego, Kenya, as corroborated by two witnesses and seconded by his half-brother and half-sister in Kenya; the common knowledge of most people (outside the government) in Kenya, Uganda, and Ghana; and the U.S. media before his DNC speech in 2004:

Barack Obama II is "a native of the village," that is, Kogego, born in the delivery room of Coast Province General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya.

But even if he were born in Hawaii, which he most certainly wasn't, he still wouldn't be a natural born citizen, because his Kenyan father was never for a moment a U.S. citizen.

End of discussion. Any official decree or action taken by the usurper is unlawful on the face of it, and null and void, being illegally enforced only by the criminal usurpation of Presidential power and authority.

A retired major general who is a decorated combat veteran and ran an abbreviated campaign for the presidency in 2008 says Congress should deliver an ultimatum to President Obama: Prove your eligibility or quit.

The comments come from Major Gen. Jerry Curry, who served in Vietnam and commanded the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground during his long military career.

He was answering questions on Stan Solomon's "Talk to Solomon" show:

"Action should be taken by the Senate and should be taken by the House," he said. "They should serve notice on him and say 'Mr. President, we love you but we want to tell you something. You're under a cloud of suspicion. We can't continue running this country with you in charge under this cloud. Now either you clear it up or you resign from office.'"

The issue arose when a caller asked about Curry's opinion of Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin, an active duty doctor who is challenging Obama's eligibility to be commander-in-chief in the military courts.

"I think he's a very brave man," Curry said. "I hope he's got good counselors. They are going to try to destroy him personally in this process. I just hope he's prepared to stay for the long term."

In an report in the Greeley Gazette, Curry expanded on his comments.

He said the military should not be in the position even of trying to get such answers.

"It shouldn't be the lieutenant colonels, sergeants and generals in the Army. It should be the congressman and senators on both sides of the issue asking this man to step up to the plate" to provide proof, Curry said.

He said in his video interview, it really shouldn't even be necessary for Congress to do anything.

"If he has anything going for him in term of decency and honesty and the kind of whatever it takes to be a good American and be a good public servant, if he has any of that stuff, he would throw it all out of the window and say, 'Look folks. I'm an American citizen. I am native born. Tell me what you want to prove it and I will give it to you," Curry said.

It was on Friday that Lt. Col. Lakin had an arraignment on various charges filed by the Army over his refusal to deploy until Obama can confirm his eligibility.

Lakin's counsel has asked for verification of Obama's birth documentation in court, a request that was rejected early on then renewed. But the attorney has asked how Lakin could be convicted of a criminal count without documenting the evidence fully.

Curry, who fought in Vietnam, also was military deputy assistant secretary of defense under President Carter, administrator of the National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration under President George H.W. Bush and worked with the secretary of defense under President Reagan. He is not the first senior military leader to suggest Obama has problems.


Maj. Gen. Paul Vallely

Retired U.S. Maj. Gen. Paul E. Vallely, a noted military leader who now is a presence on the Internet with his Stand Up For America and Veterans Defenders websites, earlier told WND he would like Obama to resign.

Vallely, who served in Vietnam and retired in 1991 from the U.S. Army as deputy commanding general for the Pacific, said, "We now must call for the immediate resignation of Barry Soetoro (aka President Barack Hussein Obama) … based on incompetence, deceit, fraud, corruption, dishonesty and violation of the U.S. oath of office and the Constitution."

"We can wait no longer for a traditional change of power and new government," he has warned.

"'We the People' have had enough. Enough is enough. The Obama White House and identifiable members of Congress are now on a progressive-socialist, treasonous death march and are bankrupting and weakening the country. We have watched them violate their sacred oath of office. 'We, the People' cannot wait for and solely rely on the next round of elections in November of this year. It is now and each day that these public servants must put the citizen's interests above self-interest by resigning immediately," he said.

Peter Ferrara, on the American Spectator website, also has predicted Obama's resignation.

"I am now ready to predict that President Obama will not even make it [to 2012]," he wrote. "I predict that he will resign in discredited disgrace before the fall of 2012," Ferrera said.

WND also reported recently that former congressman and GOP presidential candidate Tom Tancredo said for current members of the House and Senate to uphold their oath to defend the United States against enemies "foreign and domestic," they need to file impeachment charges against Barack Obama.



Tancredo wrote in an opinion piece in the Washington Times that Obama's "refusal to live up to his own oath of office – which includes the duty to defend the United States against foreign invasion – requires senators and representatives to live up to their oaths. Members of Congress must defend our nation against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Today, that means bringing impeachment charges against Mr. Obama."

At the same time, Times columnist Jeffrey T. Kuhner, who also is president of the Edmund Burke Institute, wrote, "President Obama has engaged in numerous high crimes and misdemeanors. The Democratic majority in Congress is in peril as Americans reject his agenda. Yet more must be done: Mr. Obama should be impeached."

Kuhner continued, "He is slowly – piece by painful piece – erecting a socialist dictatorship. We are not there – yet. But he is putting America on that dangerous path. He is undermining our constitutional system of checks and balances; subverting democratic procedures and the rule of law; presiding over a corrupt, gangster regime; and assaulting the very pillars of traditional capitalism. Like Venezuela's leftist strongman, Hugo Chavez, Mr. Obama is bent on imposing a revolution from above – one that is polarizing America along racial, political and ideological lines. Mr. Obama is the most divisive president since Richard Nixon. His policies are balkanizing the country. It's time for him to go."

I think he’s led a kind of make-believe life in which money was provided and doors were opened because at some point early on somebody or some group took a look at this tall, good looking, half-white, half-black, young man with an exotic African/Muslim name and concluded he could be guided toward a life in politics where his facile speaking skills could even put him in the White House.

A previously unknown stepsister of Barack Obama died unexpectedly earlier this year.

Internet researchers made the link between the president and his previously undisclosed stepsister, Holiyah "Lia" Soetoro Sobah, after translating from obituaries published in Indonesia. She died Feb. 26.

The obituaries identified Lia as having been adopted by Lolo Soetoro, Obama's stepfather, and Ann Dunham Obama Soetoro, the president's mother.

The surfacing of Lia as an adopted child of Lolo Soetoro and Dunham raises the question of whether Barack Obama himself might have been adopted officially as Lolo Soetoro's stepson while in Indonesia from 1967-1971.

Even though Obama makes no mention in "Dreams from My Father" of having had an Indonesian stepsister, the Indonesian obituaries make clear that Obama slept in the same room as his stepsister while the two of them grew up together in the Soetoro home in Jakarta.

According to the Indonesian obituaries, Barry Soetoro and Lia Soetoro were always together, playing, traveling on family vacations and even bathing.

Obama was in Indonesia from ages 6 to 10.

There is nothing on the public record to indicate that he sent any condolences or even acknowledged the death of his stepsister in February.

The Indonesian obituaries also state Lia was born in 1957 and that she had three children with her husband, Edi Sobah, with whom she lived in West Java, Indonesia.

A photograph of Lia shows her holding a monkey doll and wearing clothes given her by Madelyn Dunham, Obama's maternal grandmother, when Lia visited Hawaii for three months. The visit apparently was in 1971, the year Obama left Indonesia permanently.

Obama also does not discuss in his autobiography "Dreams from My Father" any visits to Hawaii after he left Indonesia permanently in 1971 that were made by Lolo Soetoro or a Soetoro stepsister from Indonesia.

While Obama has not acknowledged having had a stepsister in Indonesia, he discussed at length in his autobiography his half-sister, Maya Soetoro-Ng, who was born in Indonesia to Lolo Soetoro and Ann Dunham on Aug. 15, 1970.

WND has reported that in a passport amendment submitted Aug. 13, 1968, Obama's mother identified her son with an Indonesian surname as Barack Obama II Soebarkah, and asked the State Department to drop him from her U.S. passport.

The transaction could have been part of an effort by Dunham to obtain Indonesian citizenship for her son.

WND also reported in August 2008 that the Associated Press published a photograph purportedly of Obama's registration card at Indonesia's Francis Assisi school. The card showed he was enrolled as "Barry Soetoro" and listed as an Indonesian citizen whose official religious identification was Muslim. An AP spokesman affirmed to WND that the photograph was authentic.[/img]

A federal court in Georgia has ordered a $20,000 lien on the property of Laguna Niguel attorney Orly Taitz, citing an October sanction against Taitz which she still has not paid.

The $20,000 sanction was ordered by Judge Clay D. Land for ongoing legal misconduct after being warned by the court to knock it off. The case before Land, eventually dismissed, was one of several Taitz has filed in her ongoing effort to prove that President Barack Obama is not a natural-born citizen and so ineligible to be president.

On her website, where she is trying to raise money to pay off the sanction, Taitz continues to portray the unfavorable court actions as part of a conspiracy against her.

In July, Taitz asked Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas to stay the sanction. When the request was turned down, Taitz asked Chief Justice John Roberts to verify that Thomas did indeed reject her request. Then she asked Justice Samuel Alito to stay her request. Alito has not yet responded. On her website, she blames Attorney General Eric Holder for the lien, which was filed Monday.
