Someone with expertise, skill, and good judgment can authenticate a document as genuine, true, and factually accurate.

But anyone can spot a phony. Even a blind person can recognize counterfeit money.

It takes only the slightest amount of impartiality to tell that a document is counterfeit. A misspelled signature, an invalid entry, an obvious cut-and-paste, missing green pixels among letters, an incorrect border for a specific year, an incorrectly placed stamp, a missing paper fold, too heavy paper stock, a missing embossed seal, or an embossed seal with two stars missing or two letters too small . . . any of these are obvious disqualifications which scream

COUNTERFEIT!!!

to anyone with ears to hear and eyes to see.

But none are so blind as those who want to be deceived.

I believe that attorney, Leo Donofrio, who had the original case in New Jersey to get Barry, McCain and a Nicaraguan born candidate off the ballot, has been right all along. Obama/Soetoro should have been removed from office by a federal Quo Warranto action. While you may disagree with me, I concur with Leo that is the only constitutional legal method to remove Barry. That statute was written specifically to deal with this problem:

Quo Warranto does not somehow become available, feasible, or possible just because it is the only Constitutionally lawful means to remove an ineligible office holder in WDC. Intimidation by AG Eric Holder and the U.S. Attorneys, among other reasons, has the courtroom door slammed shut in every courthouse. The ousting of the fraudulent impostor and relief from the usurpation will not come from the courts. Anyone who has observed a hearing in court on Mr. Obama's ineligibility for office can corroborate what I am saying: relief or redress of grievances is not available from the courts.

True, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia is the correct venue for a Quo Warranto concerning an ineligible office-holder in WDC. But QW in the USDC4DC is not going to happen. Chief Justice Royce Lamberth may have been the first judge the U.S. Attorneys or the DNC/SEIU goons intimidated. The best chance we had was filing a remote QW in California, using distance from WDC as justification for the remote. That was denied.

I thought that surely the Joint Chiefs of Staff would step in when Gen. Casey's chosen flight surgeon was brought before a Court Martial and sent to Leavenworth. But they didn't.

Impeachment is out, but an official House investigation with subpoena powers can shine light on the works of darkness. When the usurpation is publicly exposed, public opinion will force Mr. Obama to resign, just as then-Pres. Nixon, under public pressure about the Watergate cover-up, had to resign.

The court of public opinion, furnished with evidence by a House investigation, is the court of choice at this point.

Florgal, Barry's world is slowly unraveling and hopefully soon the evidence gathered thus far will be too much to ignore. However, my prediction that he would be out of office by end of June may be too early. The gears turn slower that I thought.

In New Orleans, La., yesterday, Atty. Orly Taitz requested to intervene in Hornbeck v. Salazar, which challenges Mr. Obama's "stop oil drilling" order in the Gulf of Mexico. She was allowed to file an affidavit about the whitehouse.gov counterfeit Certificate, arguing that Mr. Obama is ineligible for office and therefore has no such authority to stop oil drilling.
