Received reply to FOIA request sent to Texas Secretary of State for DNC and RNC 2008 Electoral Document of Eligibility submitted by the DNC and RNC for Mr. Barack Obama and Mr. John McCain.

Suspicions confirmed.

The Eligibility Issue Still Matters to Americans

It comes down to this: Are you the sort of person who would really stand by and let a man in a position of power change the face and future of your country for the worse just because it would be too hard or unpopular to prove that he doesn’t belong in that position in the first place?

It’s beyond disheartening to watch judge after judge, court after court find reasons not to listen to evidence that President Obama’s birth certificate, and hence his eligibility to hold the office, is faked.

But there are no words to describe the feeling when a judge, who is sworn to uphold the Constitution, rules that a candidate for the presidency doesn’t have to prove his eligibility for the office at all, as happened recently in a New Jersey courtroom.

Just to twist the knife a bit, Obama’s attorney in the case, Alexandra Hill, seemed to give indications that the White House was trying to distance itself from the birth certificate it issued on its own website, according to Jerome Corsi, who is probably the only journalist in America still following the eligibility story.

There is no one reason that can illuminate the near-total lack of interest in Obama’s eligibility to hold office, either before he was elected or since. The dismissive attitude toward an issue that should have barred Obama from ever entering the White House as anything but part of a tour group simply defies any logical explanation.

Power, corruption, false identities, rumors of violent threats — the eligibility issue is among the vastest of conspiracies hiding in broad daylight.

The courts, media and politicians just won’t hear anything of it.

Many people believe that even if it could be proved, the birth certificate simply doesn’t matter because Obama was elected, regardless if he meets the criteria of the Constitution or if we even know his real identity.

So why does the question linger?

Because a substantial portion of the American people smell a lie.

Some polls have found fewer than four in 10 Americans believe the president was born in the U.S.

Even that number seems high when any calm, rational look is taken at the evidence: the obviously computer-generated birth certificate, the evasiveness about where the certificate was, the millions of dollars spent to prevent any airing of the issue in court, the allegations about false Social Security numbers, the testimony from Obama’s own relatives and from others who seem to have some knowledge of the president’s past, and so on.

Someday, the true story of Barack Obama will be written. It may resemble his autobiographies, or it may reveal how a circle of powerful people “created” a candidate from whole cloth and manipulated him into office in plain sight of the people.

The real question is will you be able to look back and say you were one of those who did something about it at the time and rose to the defense of your country?

A friend of the alleged father of Obama claimed he spelled his name Barrack.
Now a colonial government document has that spelling.

All of the Obama documents with Barack are bogus.

Perhaps not bogus, but at least in error.

Obama Sr. spelled his middle name as “Hussain”: “Barrack Hussain Obama, Snr.”
This has been acknowledged since at least 2008.

The Kenyan Parliament also spelled Mr. Obama II’s first name, “Barrack”, as they were accustomed to do with Obama Sr., from this account the day after the 2008 election:

This might even serve as probable cause to require investigation of perjury about “Barrack Obama II” as an undeclared alias, leading to verification of Barry Soetoro, Soebarkah, Barry Dunham, etc. and whatever.

If anyone thought the Sheriff [Joe Arpaio] would put out the most damaging evidence about Obama and not be attacked on multiple fronts, then you were living the American Dream. That story about his lawyer is seriously biased, and honestly, hard to take seriously. Then-Superior Court Judge Gary Donahoe... was charged with bribery after the judge disqualified [former Maricopa County Attorney Andrew] Thomas' office from its investigation into a construction of a court building. The judge was about to hold a hearing on Thomas' request to appoint special prosecutors to handle investigations against the officials, but that hearing was called off after the charges were filed against the judge.

Thomas said the decision to charge the judge had nothing to do with the decisions the judge issued against his office.

During his testimony, Thomas defended the investigations and said one of his aides had warned that charging Stapley would hurt him politically, but he brought the charges against the county supervisor because it was the right thing to do.

Stapley was accused, among other things, of getting mortgage loans under fraudulent pretenses. Wilcox was accused of voting on contracts involving a group that had given her loans and never filing conflict-of-interest statements.

Thomas, a Harvard Law School graduate, served as the county's top prosecutor from more than five years before resigning in April 2010 to run an unsuccessful campaign for state attorney general.

Thomas was known for confronting illegal immigration, prosecuting metro Phoenix's Baseline Killer and Serial Shooter cases and pursuing criminal cases against county officials.

Thomas contacted ABC15 after Tuesday's hearing and issued the following statement:

"Today, corruption has won and justice has lost. I brought corruption cases in good faith involving powerful people, and the political and legal establishment blatantly covered up and retaliated by targeting my law license. Arizona has some of the worst corruption in America, according to a recent national survey. The political witch hunt that’s just ended makes things worse by sending a chilling message to prosecutors: Those who take on the powerful will lose their livelihood."

Former Maricopa County Attorney Andrew Thomas disbarred

Mr. Andrew Thomas is expected to appeal his disbarment.

Obama’s Lawyers Move to Censor Videos of New Jersey Ballot Challenge Hearing, Rewrite History

According to multiple reports, a series of videos from a New Jersey Ballot Challenge Hearing are so damning to Obama that his lawyers are actively trying to get them removed from the internet.

The videos document the recent New Jersey ballot challenge hearing in regards to Barack Obama’s fraudulent birth certificate and his possible ineligibility to appear on the New Jersey presidential ballot.
A report from Conservative News and Views confirmed that attorney Mario Apuzzo has been threatened by Obama’s lawyers for supposedly filming the court hearing. The lawyers went on to claim that they would have it scrubbed from the public domain. (rewriting history)

Jerome R. Corsi made the latest Obama eligibility issue famous with this story about the hearing. Then, on Tuesday afternoon, Alexandra Hill’s boss called Mario Apuzzo directly. CNAV heard first from Nick Purpura and then directly from Apuzzo.

Apuzzo received a call from a man identifying himself as Angelo Genova, the lead partner of Genova, Burns, Giantomasi and Webster. Genova was agitated and almost overwrought. He demanded to know why Apuzzo had videotaped the proceedings (a thing Apuzzo did not do), and then said that he would “move to strike the video from the record.” Genova also said that:

• Alexandra M. Hill is not working on the case of Purpura and Moran v. Obama any longer. Angelo Genova has taken that case over and is handling it personally.
• Death threats have come to the firm. Apuzzo told CNAV that Ms. Hill was the main target of these threats. Billy Baer also talked to Apuzzo, after CNAV called Dan Haggerty for comment. Apuzzo apparently told Baer that Genova never made clear whether the threatening person was threatening Ms. Hill alone or “the firm in general,” whatever that might mean.

Apuzzo offered to Genova to condemn the threats for the record, on his blog. Genova hastily declined. He then dwelt at length on the making of the video or videos and accused Apuzzo of making them without the court’s permission.

To top it off, Obama’s lawyers have accused Apuzzo of having CNAV illegally record the hearing when in reality all public court hearings are allowed to be filmed.

The New Jersey Administrative Code says that anyone may record a public hearing. The judge may restrict such recording so that it does not disrupt the hearing. On April 10, before the hearing began, Judge Masin summoned Apuzzo and Hill to his chambers. There, as Apuzzo said later, the judge asked about persons wanting to record the hearings on video. Apuzzo knew that CNAV and Dan Haggerty had brought cameras. He had also given an interview to Station WHYY-TV (Channel 12, Philadelphia, PA), who told him they would come to the hearing. Judge Masin said that he would allow video cameras, so long as their operators mounted them on fixed tripod stands. Haggerty and CNAV agreed to this. (See also Commander Kerchner’s blog entry.)

The lawyers representing Obama are clearly attempting to re write history by claiming that the videos of the hearing have caused their employees and firm to be threatened and, because of this, should be removed.
