Jerome Corsi of WorldNetDaily (WND.com) has been in Hawaii with Sheriff Joe Arpaio.

Joe Arpaio in an interview with Alex Jones:

Hawaii did not verify the birth certificate on the Whitehouse website is accurate or that it is authentic or that any document looks like that.

They didn't verify that. They didn't verify Obama was born in Hawaii.

What they verified was that the information on the birth certificate displayed on the Whitehouse is information for which the Hawaii Dept. of Health has a record.

That is all they said...

It is very clever because the Hawaii Dept of Health said well we didn't tell you where we got the information or if the information in our record is correct. It could have easily come from the grandparents going in and registering a birth.

I've always said the birth was registered.

    It is not necessary for any Hawaiian official to say Barack Obama II’s birth record has been amended. It obviously should have been amended when he was adopted by Lolo Soetoro in 1965 or early 1966, after Lolo married Stanley Ann in March, 1965. Barack II’s name was changed to Barry Soetoro (Soebarkah).
    
    Then again, Barrack Hussain Obama, Sr., officially reaffirmed his fatherhood in Honolulu on or around Dec. 23, 1971, and immediately rendered Barack II over to Stanley and Madelyn Dunham, who raised him until he left home to attend Occidental College in 1979. If Barack II’s birth record were somehow not amended when he was adopted by Lolo Soetoro in Indonesia, it would most assuredly have been amended when he was adopted by his mother’s parents in Honolulu.
    
    Barrack Sr. might have rendered Barack II over to his mother, if that would have been necessary or significant before the law. But Stanley Ann Dunham did not have custody of Barack II, and within a year or two, she returned to Indonesia without her son.
    
    As for your statement, “No Kenyan official has ever said, ‘Obama’s birth records are locked up and marked “top secret” in Mombassa but he wasn’t born here,’” I sincerely hope to cause you no offense. But were you in Mombasa in 2008, when Dr. Jerome Corsi was prevented from entering the Coast Province General Hospital by Kenyan police, who told him just that? On Oct. 7, 2008, minutes before he was to hold a press conference in Nairobi to announce the findings of his investigation, Kenyan immigration authorities grabbed him and held him incommunicado until the time for his flight. Then they deported him and told him, “Don’t ever come back!”
    
    Your word against Dr. Corsi’s, HistorianDude, and only one of you was there as an eye-witness. Since you have already been shown to be “mistaken” about the amendment of Barack II’s birth records accompanying his adoption in Indonesia (probably) and his adoption in Honolulu (certainly), most reasonable people will accept Dr. Corsi’s eye-witness testimony about his detention in Mombasa over your statement made upon your own cognizance.

Speaking for a “you” made up of readers in general, concerning Mr. Obama, we believe American officials at least as much as foreign officials… EXCEPT for those tainted by threats, coercion, witness or judge tampering, and at the other extreme, by bribes, benefits, or payoffs from Obama rule.
    
    Foreign officials are generally less vulnerable to pressure from the Obama regime than American officials, who have been observed caving time after time – even U.S. District Judge David O. Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett has apologized for any embarrassment he caused his state... by requesting verification that the president was born in Hawaii.

The apology came on the same day that Hawaii officials finally responded to Bennett’s request for “verification in lieu of” the birth certificate, which he said last week could be a precondition for placing Obama’s name on the Arizona ballot.

“If I embarrassed the state, I apologize, but that certainly wasn’t my intent,” Bennett said Tuesday in an interview with radio station KTAR.

Obama’s name will appear on the ballot “as long as he fills out the same paperwork and does the same things that everybody else has,” Bennett said.

Still, Bennett – who insists he is not a member of the “birther” movement that continues to promote the unsubstantiated claim that Obama was born in Kenya and is therefore ineligible to be president – defended himself for making the request.

“What is so sacred or untouchable about this question that you can’t even ask the question?” he said.

David Paterson, the former governor of New York and now a talk show host on WOR radio in the city, says “evidence is coming left and right” about Barack Obama’s ineligibility to be president.

But that doesn’t matter, he says.

“It just doesn’t work for me.”

His comment came after Jerome Corsi, author of the best-selling “Where’s the Birth Certificate? The Case That Barack Obama is Not Eligible to be President,” spent nearly 40 minutes on Paterson’s program outlining the evidence that casts doubt on Obama’s claim to be a “natural born citizen” as the Constitution requires of presidents.

Paterson invited Corsi onto the show after the former governor stirred up a hornet’s nest by suggesting Obama could be ineligible for the Oval Office and “got away” with it.

Paterson also compared Obama’s actions to those of President Richard Nixon, which he likened to treason.

On his show earlier this week, he was asserting, along with NBC Chief White House Correspondent Chuck Todd, that GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney should have distanced himself more from developer Donald Trump and his doubts about Obama’s eligibility.

“Even if he wasn’t born in the United States, at this point, it’s kind of like he got away with it,” Paterson said.

“A lot of people get away with a lot of things.”

Paterson compared Obama’s actions to those of President Nixon.

“We learned later that Nixon spied on Johnson’s Paris peace talks,” Paterson said. “That was actually an act of … uh … I mean it was against the interests of the U.S. government. You’ve got to say that before you would say it’s treason. But he got away with it. Decided it wasn’t a good thing to bring up at that particular time. Not only did he get away with it, he won the election.”

The focal point of the dispute over Obama’s tenure in the White House has been whether he meets the Constitution’s requirement of being a “natural born citizen.” The term is not defined in the Constitution but most likely was considered by those who wrote it to mean the offspring of two U.S. citizens.

Corsi outlined for Paterson the long list of evidentiary points: the statements logically traceable to Obama himself on a publisher’s brochure that stated he was born in Kenya, the testimony from a Chicago postman who was told the Ayers family was helping a “foreign student,” the continuing concealment of most of Obama’s records and others.

Refuting Paterson’s claim that things like a brochure statement could be a “mistake,” Corsi said.

“Well governor, I’ve got a good idea. If Barack Obama was letting his publicist for 16 years say that he was born in Kenya, maybe Barack Obama was telling this to the universities he applied to. Why aren’t we allowed to see records from Occidental College, from Columbia, from Harvard … whether he was a foreign exchange student.”

Corsi continued with the evidence: no hospital has produced records Obama’s mother ever was a patient there, Sheriff Joe Arpaio has concluded there’s probable cause to believe the birth certificate image released by the White House is a forgery, and the growing number of Americans who doubt Obama’s word on the issue.

Also, Obama’s history in Indonesia, the other names he was using, the names his mother was using, the Social Security number from Connecticut and others.

The issue also has been shoved back into the headlines this week by multiple comments from billionaire Donald Trump, who earlier in the week blasted CNN for not reporting on the issue more accurately.

The businessman told lead political anchor Wolf Blitzer the network would improve its dismal viewer ratings if it would only report the issue of Obama’s eligibility “accurately.”

“Obama does not like the issue of where he was born,” Trump told Blitzer in the interview. “There’s something that bothers Obama very much. I will tell you: It’s not an issue that he likes talking about, so what he does is use reverse psychology on people like you. … He does not like that issue because it’s hitting very close to home. You know it, and he knows it – but you don’t report it accurately.”

Many media commentators believe Trump’s comments have put Romney in an awkward position. Romney has said he believes Obama was born in the U.S., but Democrats have criticized him for not distancing himself from Trump.

Even Obama took aim at the pair by releasing a video “highlighting Mitt Romney’s failure to condemn Donald Trump’s over-the-line rhetoric.”

“If Mitt Romney lacks the backbone to stand up to a charlatan like Donald Trump because he’s so concerned about lining his campaign’s pockets,” the Obama campaign said, “what does that say about the kind of president he would be?”

Romney has refused to condemn Trump, saying, “You know, I don’t agree with all the people who support me. My guess is they don’t agree with everything I believe in. But I need to get 50.1 percent or more and I’m appreciative to have the help of a lot of good people.”

For more than a year, Trump has consistently maintained he has doubts the Obama birth certificate released by the White House is genuine.

As WND reported in March 2011, Trump said Obama’s presidency could be “illegal” if legitimate proof is not provided demonstrating he is indeed a “natural born citizen” of the U.S.

Trump also wondered why no doctors or nurses have come forward to announce their presence at Obama’s birth.

In March and April of 2011, Trump staged a weeks-long public campaign questioning Obama’s eligibility to be president, rising to the top of the pool of potential candidates for the 2012 GOP nomination as a result.

“I always said I wanted to know if it was real,” Trump told WND senior reporter Corsi.

During their conversation, Trump told Corsi his own computer expert told him that the image posted online was a computer-generated document.

Then, in March, the famous billionaire heaped praise on Sheriff Joe Arpaio for the Arizona lawman’s probe into the authenticity of Obama’s purported birth certificate and his eligibility for office.

Following the Maricopa County sheriff’s Cold Case Posse news conference March 1 in Phoenix, Trump personally penned a handwritten note of congratulations to Arpaio.

Having printed out an Associated Press report of the event that featured a photograph of Arpaio, Trump penned diagonally in the upper left hand corner, “Joe – Great going – You are the only one with the ‘guts’ to do this – Keep up the good fight – Donald Trump.”

Corsi also told WND an intelligence source in Hawaii who warned early last year that a forged Obama birth record would be released also is reporting a forged “original” birth certificate intended to pass forensic inspection by using 1961 materials is being prepared and could be released as an “October surprise.”

The source, who has contact with Hawaii government officials, was questioned by Mike Zullo, the head of Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse team. Zullo recently returned from a trip to Hawaii to follow up on leads in the posse’s investigation of Obama’s eligibility for the 2012 election ballot in Arizona. Arpaio announced March 1 that his team found probable cause that the document posted by the White House April 27, 2011, is a forgery.

Zullo told WND that regardless of whether the Hawaii source’s information pans out, he wants to see the original microfilm record of Obama’s birth.

“If they decide to try to produce a document, we’re going to be skeptical,” he said. “We’ve been calling for the microfilm from the beginning.”

The Hawaii source said ink and paper from 1961 have been secured to create an “original” document that would correspond with the digital copy posted on the White House website.

As WND reported one year ago, radical supporters of Obama have openly admitted their role in the forging of a Kenyan Obama birth certificate.

Throughout it all, Ayers and Jeremiah Wright personally took charge of the conspiracy to claim that their young charge was born in Hawaii, not Kenya... bribing witnesses, forging documents, and coordinating a complex ring designed to further the lies.

This was no mean trick, as Ayers was living underground as a fugitive during much of the period Obama was growing up.

Of course Ayers went on to ghost write both of Obama's books, as well as secretly managing all of his campaigns, writing his 2004 Democratic Convention speech, writing his Inaugural address, authoring the health care law, fathering his children with Michele, and moving into the White House and serving as de facto chief of staff - while laying the ground work for the upcoming workers' revolution that will replace capitalism with a food stamp economy of collective farms and self-governing workers' cooperatives - with massive FEMA camps for those who resist the coming UN/Communist take-over, who are Christians, or who don't want to be gay-married.

I'm sure that explains it all.

The obvious scenario, for those whose eyes are not squeezed shut, is that the missing Anna Obama, great with child, flew to Kenya in hopes that Barack Senior's family would adopt her baby. Rather than give birth in equatorial Kisumu in the heat of summer, she chose to await her time on the shores of the Indian Ocean in tourist-friendly Mombasa, also 2½ times the size of Kisumu.

Kenya was soon to become independent of the U.K., and native Africans could just as well do without reminders of the European colonists. Hussein (Onyango) Obama, Barack Sr.'s father, was quite displeased to have his Luo bloodline diluted by a white and an Anglo, who represented a "colonial" to him. He did not want his descendants to include a mixed-race heir, so when Stanley had her baby, the boy child was not accepted. His face was not round, his skin was too light, his nose was not flat, his ears were not right, he was thin, not fat, his forehead was not sloping, his lips were too narrow, his chin was pronounced... and did I mention, his skin was too light to be half-Luo?

Perhaps, in the delivery room in Mombasa, his step-grandmother, Mama Sarah Onyango Obama, thought, "This boy's not one of ours." Perhaps, somewhere near Kisumu, his grandfather, Hussein (Onyango) Obama, thought, "And we won't have him."

Whatever they thought or said, Anna Obama quickly packed her old kit bag and kept on truckin' up to Nairobi and the international airport. Without a passport or so much as an FS-240 (Consular Report of Birth Abroad of a U.S. Citizen), she could not take her baby out of the U.K.. But she could travel from Nairobi to London (or Glasgow) to Toronto to Vancouver, with intermediate stops, and never have to show a passport for her British Protected Citizen baby. Meanwhile, Stanley Ann's mother was registering her grandson's birth in absentia at the Dept. of Health in Honolulu, making him a naturalized U.S. citizen in addition to a British Protected Citizen.

From Vancouver, Stanley Ann was able to call her Mercer Island comrades to come and get her and bring her back to Seattle through some unattended back road border crossing. She wanted no further contact with Barack, Sr., and whether she flew to Honolulu at that time or not, by Aug. 19, 1961, she was settled in Seattle and taking night classes at the Univ. of Washington. She did not return to the Islands until some time after June 22, 1962, when Barack Obama, Sr., left Hawaii for Harvard. She deserted him, not he her.

Feel free to poke holes in the above scenario and time line. But understand this beforehand: this scenario fits the known events, whereas every other scenario runs afoul of one or more known events. You have been notified in advance of your folly in imagining your own account.

Georgia concludes Obama eligible for ballot as natural born citizen

According to Malihi, children born to illegal aliens, tourists and/or terrorists
are natural born citizens and eligible to become President

ATLANTA – On Tuesday morning, Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp ([l]) issued a final decision, adopting Administrative Law Judge Michael Malihi’s initial decision contending President Barack Obama meets the eligibility requirements to appear on Presidential Preference Primary ballot.

On Friday, Feb. 3, Malihi issued his decision in three challenges to Barack Obama’s eligibility.

During the Jan. 26 hearing Malihi noted neither Obama nor his Attorney Michael Jablonski appeared or answered and said ordinarily the court would enter a default judgment against a party that fails to participate in any stage of the proceeding.

“Nonetheless, despite defendant’s failure to appear, plaintiffs asked this court to decide the case on the merits of their arguments and evidence,” wrote Malihi, adding, “The court granted plaintiffs’ request.”

Malihi (l) also said, “By deciding this matter on the merits, the court in no way condones the conduct or legal scholarship of defendant’s attorney, Mr. Jablonski,” and stated his decision was based entirely on the law as well as the evidence and legal arguments presented.

His order was in two parts.

The first part addressed plaintiffs David Farrar, Leah Lax, Cody Judy, Thomas Malaren and Laurie Roth, represented by Attorney Orly Taitz.

The second part addressed all the plaintiffs, including those represented by Taitz as well as plaintiff David Welden, represented by Attorney Van Irion, and plaintiffs Carl Swensen and Kevin Powell, represented by Attorney Mark Hatfield.

In Part I, Malihi basically discredited the eight witnesses and said he found their testimony, as well as the exhibits tendered, “to be of little, if any, probative value, and thus wholly insufficient to support plaintiffs’ allegations.”

He stated, “None of the testifying witnesses provided persuasive testimony,” and said none of the written submissions had any probative value.

In conclusion, Malihi stated, “Given the unsatisfactory evidence presented by the plaintiffs, the court concludes that plaintiffs’ claims are not persuasive.”

In Part II, Malihi addressed the claim that Obama is not a natural born citizen of the United States and is, therefore, ineligible to run in Georgia’s presidential primary election.

Malihi said he considered, for the purpose of analysis, the following facts: 1) Obama was born in the United States; 2) Obama’s mother was a citizen of the United States at the time of birth; and 3) Obama’s father was never a U.S. citizen.

It was the plaintiff’s contention, because Obama’s father was not a U.S. citizen at the time of his birth, Obama is constitutionally ineligible for the office of President of the United States. Malihi said, “The court does not agree.”

Citing a 2009 Indiana Court of Appeals case, Arkeny (sic) [Ankeny] v. Governor of Indiana, in which plaintiffs argued “there’s a very clear distinction between ‘citizen of the United States’ and ‘natural born citizen’ and the difference involves having [two] parents of U.S. citizenship, owing no foreign allegiance.”

Pointing out the Indiana court rejected the argument that Obama was ineligible, Malihi stated, “[C]hildren born within the United States are natural born citizens, regardless of the citizenship of their parents,” and said, “This court finds the decision and analysis of Arkeny (sic) [Ankeny] persuasive.”

While plaintiffs argued the term natural born citizen was defined in 1875 in Minor v. Happersett, Malihi said the Indiana court explained that Minor did not define natural born citizen.

He went on to say, “In deciding whether a woman was eligible to vote, the Minor court merely concluded that children born in a country of parents who were its citizens would qualify as natural born, and this court agrees. The Minor court left open the issue of whether a child born within the United States of alien parent(s) is a natural born citizen.”

Citing United States v. Wong Kim Ark, with which the Indiana court agreed, Malihi said the court extensively examined the common law of England in its decision and concluded Wong Kim Ark, who was born in the United States to alien parents, became a citizen of the United States at the time of his birth.

Malihi stated, “The Indiana court determined that a person qualifies as a natural born citizen if he was born in the United States because he became a United States citizen at birth.”

He wrote, “For the purposes of this analysis, this court considered that President Barack Obama was born in the United States. Therefore, as discussed in Arkeny (sic) [Ankeny], he became a citizen at birth and is a natural born citizen,” and concluded, “President Barack Obama is eligible for the presidential primary election under O.C.G.A. § 21-2-5(b).

Using Malihi’s analysis, anyone born in the United States is a natural born citizen.

In other words, according to Malihi, children born within the United States to illegal aliens, tourists and/or terrorists are natural born citizens and are, therefore, eligible to become President of the United States.

Malihi’s conclusion is more analogous to saying: All dogs are mammals and all cats are mammals and therefore, all cats are dogs.

Over the weekend, Taitz filed a petition with Kemp to set aside the recommendation issued by Malihi and find Obama ineligible to appear as a candidate for President of the United States on the Georgia ballot.

Taitz cited a 2000 Georgia case, Haynes v. Wells, which she said establishes the precedent “that a candidate seeking to hold office through an election in the state has the affirmative duty to prove their eligibility.”

Taitz said a 2008 Malihi decision in O’Brien V. Gross, from which she quoted, “The burden of proof is entirely upon respondent to establish affirmatively his eligibility for office,” relied on Haynes.

Since neither Obama nor Jablonski appeared, Taitz asked, “On what basis did Judge Malihi consider Obama to be born in this country? Did he consider him born in this country based on his wild imagination? The only thing Obama provided was an empty chair. Did the empty chair testify under penalty of perjury in front of Judge Malihi … that Obama was born in this country? Did the empty chair provide Malihi with any evidence, with the original birth certificate or a certified copy?”

Taitz went on to state Malihi's reliance on Ankeny “is a travesty of justice and an embarrassment to the state of Georgia.”

Taitz stated Malihi was required to base his decision on what was in the record and his introduction of an obscure Indiana case was used to advocate for Obama rather than judge the case on the record at hand.

Hatfield sent a letter to Kemp via e-mail prior to Kemp issuing his final decision to point out “several significant flaws in Judge Malihi’s findings and conclusions.”

On behalf of his clients, Hatfield requested that Kemp render a decision that treats Obama no different than any other candidate seeking access to the Georgia ballot that fails and refuses to present evidence of his or her qualifications for holding office and disregards the authority of our judiciary.

Now that Kemp has issued a final decision in the matter, Hatfield stated, “[W]e are going full bore and taking it up on appeal.”

Irion has also indicated his client will be filing an appeal.

A Texas man and skeptic of Barack Obama’s eligibility to serve as president has posted a video on YouTube revealing two investigators, reportedly from the Secret Service, questioning him at his home.
Rudy Davis, known also as “LoneStar1776″ on YouTube.com, posted video of the inquiry the day after he had uploaded another video in which he suggested Obama, after being convicted of treason for usurping the highest office the land, be executed for his crime.

When two men in dark suits showed up at his door the next day, Davis told them, “I think I know why you guys are here.”

Video of the exchange shows Davis explaining his belief that Obama is ineligible to be president and clarifying that he only wished the judicial system to execute Obama “once he has been convicted in a court of law.”

“OK,” the first investigator replied, “but you don’t mean to assassinate him?”

“No, sir,” Davis replied. “I don’t want to hurt anybody. I just want truth and justice in America.”

Show members of Congress how many others demand “truth and justice” in America in the name of constitutional integrity.

The investigators then began a series of “pertinent” questions they explained were required because, “We do have a job to do,” including the following:

• “Have you ever been in the military?”
• “Any handgun training, martial arts?”
• “Do you belong to any groups or associations?”
• “Have you ever traveled out to see the president?”
• “Do you have any criminal history?”
• “Do you own any weapons? All your weapons are registered?”
• “Have you ever been hospitalized for mental [illness]? Family history of mental illness?”
• “A possible search of your home – are you OK with that?”
• “In the past year, how many places have you traveled to?”
• “Do you have any siblings? Would you mind telling me who they are? What about parents? Can we talk to them?”
• “Where do you work?”

Multiple times the investigator also asked, “Do you understand that threatening to harm someone is a crime as well?”

“I understand that,” Davis said, “but I have not threatened to harm [anyone].”

In Davis’ previous video, which presumably prompted the investigation, Davis had cited the example of England’s Oliver Cromwell beheading King Charles I as an example of what should be done to Obama.

“Once [Obama] is convicted in a court of law,” Davis said, “we don’t need to send him off to prison, we don’t need to send him out of the country, we need to behead him publicly.”
Why publicly?

“To show everybody that’s what happens to you when you come in to America and you lie and you forge and you fraud and you take over commander in chief when you know you’re not eligible,” Davis explained. “America doesn’t put up with that.

At one point, one of the investigators said, “We’d prefer if you didn’t film us,” but Davis asserted it was his property and his right to do so.

Still, in yet a third, follow-up video, Davis discounted the idea that the agents were attempting to be “intimidating.”

“They were very nice and cordial, and they were doing their job,” Davis said.

Davis also concluded, “Promoting the truth is a patriotic thing, even if it brings the Secret Service to your door.”
