It may help deflate the boogeyman to think of the usurper as an enemy combatant who has weaseled his way into the Oval Office by intrigue. Think of him as:

• Osama bin Laden in a suit and tie, pretending to command the U.S. Armed Forces, but generally thwarted in that by the Pentagon;
• George Soros with the Oval Office pen in his hand, seeking to squander the U.S. into financial collapse, but limited by the budget Congress sends him;

He is like the devil in that many people fear him as if he were God, but

• he has limited power, which is largely huff and puff, bluff 'n' talkin' trash;
• the forces he commands despise him;
• he can only be in one place at a time, and he can't read peoples' minds;
• his intelligence is largely confined to what his minions tell him;
• his ability to deceive is restricted by what people know of his true nature;
• his surface attractiveness barely covers his pride, cruelty, treachery, and deceit;
• he cares not for the love of women;
• his public speaking is frequent, loud, and threatening, but restricted to what Valerie Jarrett and his teleprompter give him to say;
• he coexists with and adapts to whatever religion dominates in his vicinity, but personally, he believes in no god but himself, and not in spiritual powers but in earthly forces, might makes right, and do unto others before they can do unto you; and
• God has him on a short leash with an eye-popping, charge-stopping choke chain.

The report said the brochure was created by Acton & Dystel, which was promoting Obama as the author of the never-produced “Journeys in Black and White.”

That biography states:

“Barack Obama, the first African-American president of the Harvard Law Review, was born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii. The son of an American anthropologist and a Kenyan finance minister, he attended Columbia University and worked as a financial journalist and editor for Business International Corporation. He served as project coordinator in Harlem for the New York Public Interest Research Group, and was Executive Director of the Developing Communities Project in Chicago’s South Side. His commitment to social and racial issues will be evident in his first book, Journeys in Black and White.”

“We act on facts,” Arpaio told WND today. “We started the investigation back in August and utilized my Cold Case Posse to look into documents, the birth certificate and also the Selective Service forms. We seem to have much stonewalling going on.

“But I’m not going to back down. We are continuing to investigate what we feel are fraudulent government documents. We’re going to keep going, to prove once and for all whether they are genuine,” he said.

The unearthed publication “does put more smoke out there,” he said.

“We’ve gotten tons of information regarding this matter. This is just another little element,” he said.

Mike Zullo, the lead investigator for Arpaio’s special unit, told WND it is a “very interesting development.”

“This does coincide with information we have been pursuing, in light of the recent disclosures about discrepancies in his book ‘Dreams From My Father,’” he said. “It does bolster the significance of Sheriff Arpaio’s investigation, and it brings into the light the fundamental question of where actually was Mr. Obama born.”

He said it’s not logical that a literary agent would fabricate a foreign birthplace while trying to promote an author to the American market.

The information would have had to come “from someone close,” he said.

Breitbart News published a disclaimer at the beginning of its article stating its late founder, Andrew Breitbart, was never a “Birther” and Breitbart News “has never advocated the narrative of Birtherism.” Breitbart himself once characterized it as “not a winning issue.”

Nevertheless, the biography is one of numerous published reports as well as personal claims that Obama was born abroad, including the recent testimony of a Chicago-area postal worker who reported he was told by the parents of Bill Ayers that Obama was a foreigner.

The Breitbart report says Acton no longer represents Obama, who later published “Dreams from My Father.” Breitbart News describes the entire Acton booklet as being 36 pages long, printed in blue ink using offset lithography.

“It purports to celebrate the fifteenth anniversary of Acton & Dystel, which was founded in 1976,” the report said.

Breitbart said Dystel still lists Obama as a client, and Miriam Goderich, now Dystel’s partner, was listed as the editor of the brochure. Breitbart says it tried to reach Goderich, without success.

“The parade of authors alongside Obama in the booklet includes politicians, such as former Speaker of the House Tip O’Neill; sports legends, such as Joe Montana and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar; and numerous Hollywood celebrities. The reverse side of the page that features Barack Obama includes former Green Party presidential candidate Ralph Nader and early-1990s ‘boy band’ pop sensation New Kids On the Block,” the report says.

Acton told Breitbart that almost none of the biographies was written by the person promoted.

“Regardless of the reason for Obama’s odd biography, the Acton & Dystel booklet raises new questions as part of ongoing efforts to understand Barack Obama – who, despite four years in office remains a mystery to many Americans, thanks to the mainstream media,” the report says.

Meanwhile, Allen Hulton, a retired Chicago-area mailman, has come forward with his first-person recollection of a clean-cut young man he identified as Obama who approached him and told him he was going to be president.

Hulton delivered mail to Tom and Mary Ayers in a Chicago suburb in the late 1980s and early 1990s and claims to have met Obama in front of the Ayers home.

He has given a sworn affidavit to investigators commissioned by Maricopa County, Ariz., Sheriff Joe Arpaio to determine whether Obama is eligible for Arizona’s 2012 election ballot. Hulton has recorded about three hours of video interviews with WND.

Hulton says that in conversations with Mary Ayers while on his route he learned of the couple’s enthusiasm and support for a black foreign student. One bright, warm Chicagoland day, he recounts, he met the student who fit Mary Ayers’ description in front of the Ayers home in Glen Ellyn, Ill. That young man, Hulton is convinced, was Barack Obama.

Hulton delivered mail to the Ayers, who are both deceased, when he was stationed at the post office in Glen Ellyn, an upper-middle class suburb 25 miles west of downtown Chicago, from late 1986 to 1997. He was a Postal Service employee from March 28, 1962, through March 30, 2001.

As WND reported, Obama’s relationship with Bill Ayers – whom he dismissed in a 2008 debate as “just a guy who lives in my neighborhood” – plagued him in the 2008 presidential campaign and could resurface in this year’s election, as many questions remain.

Young Obama

Over a period of years in the late 1980s and early 1990s, Hulton estimates he spoke with Mary Ayers about 18 to 20 times and once to Tom Ayers, who died in 2007. Mary Ayers died in 2000.

“Sometimes Mary would be out when I delivered the mail, and we would exchange a few words on occasion,” he says, recalling that she liked to talk about her family.

“One day, Mary came to the door when I came up to the house with the mail,” he remembers. “After a greeting, she started enthusiastically talking to me about this young black student they were helping out, and she referred to him as a foreign student.”

Hulton assumed that by “helping” the student, Mary Ayers meant she and her husband were financially supporting the black foreign-exchange student with his education.

He says that Mary Ayers told him the student’s name, but that it was a “strange name” that he could not remember, even though at the time it sounded African to him.

“I was taken aback by how enthusiastic she was about him,” Hulton says. “And I believe she said he was from either Kenya or Indonesia, and I favor Indonesia in my recollection.”

WND has reported that when Obama was in Indonesia with his Indonesian stepfather and his mother from ages 6 to 10, he was registered in school as an Indonesian citizen and a Muslim. He went by the name Barry Soetoro, adopting the surname of his Indonesian stepfather. His mother’s passport listed him with the surname Soebarkah.

‘I’m going to be president of the United States’

About a year after discussing with Mary Ayers the foreign student she and her husband were supporting, Hulton recalls meeting a young black male on the sidewalk in front of the Ayers home.

Hulton describes the man as being in his early 20s, noting that he was tall, thin, had a light complexion and that his ears stuck out.

“He greeted me,” Hulton says. “He was very polite, dressed nicely, but informally – slacks and a dress shirt – and he spoke with no accent. Immediately this young black man entered into conversation with me. He told me he had taken the train out from Chicago and had come to thank the Ayers family personally for having helped him with his education.”

Hulton remembers asking the young man what his plans were for the future.

“He looked right at me and told me he was going to be president of the United States,” Hulton says.

“There was a little bit of a grin on his face when he said it – he sounded sure of himself, but not arrogant. I know how people will say things because they have an ambition, but it did not come across that way,” Hulton says. “It came across as if this young black male was telling me he was going to be president, almost as if it were the statement of a scientific fact that had already been determined, as if his being president had been already pre-arranged.”

There also was an internal bulletin from the Kenyan National Security Intelligence Service, or NSIS, that states that the Kenyan government in 2009 commissioned a cultural museum in the Obama home village of Kogelo to honor the “birthplace of President Barack Obama” and rededicate the tomb of his father, Barack Obama Sr.

The 2009 NSIS bulletin report said:

The ministry of national heritage this month hosted a cultural festival in Kogelo and commissioned a cultural museum on a plot donated by a member of the Kogelo community. The cultural festival was attended by the minister for national heritage, William ole Ntimama and U.S. ambassador, Michael Ranneberger.

This was to honour the birthplace of President Obama and re-dedicate the tomb of Barack Hussein Obama, Sr., the president’s late father. But the project had been delayed because of ownership wrangles surrounding the plot.

According to an article in the Kenyan Daily Nation newspaper July 5, 2010, the Kenyan government’s plans to build a 112 million Kenyan Schilling ($1.3 million) cultural center at Kogelo was locked in a dispute over who should donate land to the government for the project.

The Daily Nation, which published an artist’s sketch of the proposed Kogelo cultural center, referred to it as Obama’s “ancestral home.”

The NSIS memo suggests the Kenyan intelligence agency kept a close watch on the Obama family in Africa.

It noted the Kenyan government provided assistance to Obama’s step-grandmother, Sarah Hussein Obama, in the form of additional security and a government stipend of 50,000 Kenyan Schillings ($575) per month.

A Kenyan blog, “Jaluo,” reported that Grandmother Sarah caused family conflict when she visited Moammar Gadhafi in Libya “to the surprise and chagrins of the White House in Washington, D.C.,” and “without a proper delegation and approval of the entire family.”

The NSIS bulletin echoed the concern that Sarah Obama was visiting Muslim countries on her own initiative, commenting, “Mama Sarah had requested government assistance to travel to Mecca, Saudi Arabia for Hajj pilgrimage,” but “the Saudi Arabia government through its Nairobi embassy has come to her aid” by announcing “she will be a state guest in Saudi Arabia during her time there.”

WND also reported Kenyan MP James Orengo at one point asked the nation’s parliament, “How could a young man born here in Kenya, who is not even a native American, become the president of America?”

On the day after Obama’s election, MP Boni Khalwale asked fellow members, “Could we allow … a Motion for Adjournment so that we could also continue the celebrations of having a Kenyan ruling the USA?”

In addition, a number of media sources – including National Public Radio – reported Obama’s birthplace as Kenya prior to his election as president.

Another reference was made in 2008 in the Nigerian Observer.

Under a Washington dateline, Solomon Asowata wrote, “Americans will today go to the polls to elect their next president with Democratic Party candidate, Senator Barack Obama largely favoured to win. The Kenyan-born Senator will, however, face a stiff competition from his Republican counterpart.”



An African Travel Magazine once reported, “As Kenyan born U.S. Senator Barack Obama jets into Kenya today as part of his African tour, concerns have once again been raised on the security preparations for other visitors and residents.”

An article in the Sunday Standard in Kenya begins, “Kenyan-born US Senate hopeful, Barrack (sic) Obama, appeared set to take over the Illinois Senate seat after his main rival, Jack Ryan, dropped out of the race on Friday night amid a furor over lurid sex club allegations.”

The article is credited to the wire service Associated Press. However, it could not be found either in the AP archives online or the African newspaper’s website.

Also, an African news site and an MSNBC broadcaster referred to President Obama’s birthplace as being outside of the United States.

A report by Modern Ghana posted in advance of the president’s visit stated his birthplace was on the continent of Africa.

“For Ghana, Obama’s visit will be a celebration of another milestone in African history as it hosts the first-ever African-American President on this presidential visit to the continent of his birth,” the report said.

According to archive.org, a website that caches websites on a regular basis, the Dystel.com website – the official website for Dystel & Goderich, Obama’s literary agents – was using the Barack Obama “born in Kenya” language until April 2007, just two months after then-Senator Obama declared his campaign for the presidency.



Archive.org shows that the Dystel website used the following biography for Obama as of April 3, 2007:

There is nothing vague about the requirement that no one is
eligible to be POTUS or VPOTUS except a natural born Citizen.
The only vagueness is between the ears of those who attempt
to muddy the waters, blow smoke, and throw sand in the air.
Chief Justice Waite wrote in Minor v. Happersett (1875), 100 U.S.
1 (or 88 U.S. 162), the clear U.S. Supreme Court interpretation of
"natural born Citizen," in Art. ii, § 1, ¶ 5, of the U.S. Constitution:

"...it was never doubted that all children, born in a country of parents
who were its citizens, became themselves, upon their birth, citizens
also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished
from aliens or foreigners."

In the majority opinion for Wong Kim Ark (169 U.S 679-680),
Associate Justice Gray quoted the above definition from Minor v.
Happersett as authoritative on the subject of "natural born Citizen."

At 169 U.S. 693, Justice Gray quoted a Mr. Binney, from his paper
printed in "Alienigenae of the United States, 2nd ed.," in which he
distinguished between a [mere] citizen, born in the country but
not born of a citizen, and a natural born citizen, born of a citizen.

In the rest of his lengthy opinion, Justice Gray appears to have
been attempting to bury the U.S. Supreme Court precedent from
Minor v. Happersett under a pile of British court decisions and
Common Law quotations, none of which had any authority of
precedence or bearing upon this case in the U.S. Supreme Court.
But after taking an extended vacation from his work as a U.S.
Supreme Court Associate Justice to present his judicial review
of British court decisions and the Common Law for fifteen sleep-
inducing pages of quotations, Justice Gray finally got around
to quoting Minor v. Happersett as the relevant U.S. Supreme
Court precedent about the natural born Citizen clause.

In addition to Wong Kim Ark, U.S. Supreme Court decisions in
The Venus, Shanks v. DuPont, and Perkins v. Elg also agree with
the definition of natural born Citizen established in Minor:

one born in the country
of parents who are citizens.

As well they should, since that was the common understanding
of "natural born" as far back as Plato and Herodotus in the 4th
and 5th centuries B.C..

The primary exception was during the mid-1700's, when the
British Crown felt the need to include as (taxable) British
subjects anyone born on British soil, that is, anywhere in the
British Empire. The U.S. Navy grew weary of having U.S.
sailors conscripted (or kidnapped) on the high seas by the
Royal Navy, on the pretext that those sailors had been born
in colonies of the British Empire, prior to the American
Revolution. The Treaty of Paris in 1783 forbade that, but we
had to fight the War of 1812 to square away the Crown on it.

President Barack Obama has continued the secret policy of destroying the sovereignty and wealth of the United States to the benefit of the private transnational interests who control the United Nations, the CIA, Wall Street, and the global banking system.

Numerous American presidents, both Republican and Democrat, are on board with this treasonous political agenda.

Obama is not an “American” president; he is a United Nations president.

The criminal international banksters and secret societies behind the creation of the United Nations, and the Barack Obama icon, use fraud, usury, debt, terror, deception, propaganda, false flags, and war to get what they want out of countries. The significance of Obama’s true birthplace is monumental. The entire American experiment is being put into question. The U.S. Constitution has been thrown out.

America is fully controlled by genocidal war criminals who teach young and impressionable soldiers that wiping out Islam and using nukes on Middle Eastern cities is a military solution to end the mythic “clash of civilizations,” between the West and Islam.

Obama, far from being a secret Muslim, is actually a secret CIA agent who likes the idea of attacking Iran as much as any Neocon, Israeli, and fascist. Obama is not a peacemaker or a saint. Like the mad king of Israel, Obama is a mad psychopath who lies for a living. He worships the god of war because only war can unleash the forces of violent change and political transformation.

Obama and his masters are secretly working to cause the destruction of America, along with Israel, Iran, and other nations in the Middle East. Obama does not desire peace with Iran, but an epic and total war that will culminate in the establishment of a world authoritarian state with U.S. military power to back it up.

In September 2009, Obama became, “the first-ever U.S. president to chair the United Nations’ 15-member Security Council,” (Source: NBC Chicago). That was only the beginning. Obama is probably being primed to be the first United Nations president, since he is obviously not a legitimate and legal American president.

The fraudulent elections of Bush and Obama signaled the destruction of America.

Bush’s elections were fraudulent because they were stolen, and Obama’s election was fraudulent because he was born in Kenya, not America.

Both the American presidency and the Congress have been destroyed. These institutions are dead. The plan of the globalist fascists is to completely destroy America as an independent political unit with its own national constitution and destiny.

The 1913 Federal Reserve Act destroyed America’s financial independence, so the subversion and destruction of America from within has been a century-long effort by the Anglo-American oligarchy.

Secrecy, totalitarian deception, and terrorism are their three main weapons. The treasonous American media has been their biggest ally in their silent war on the American Constitution and the American people.

Infowars.com points out that Obama was a British subject at the time of his birth. I guess this is the British Empire’s way of getting back at the rebellious American people for defeating the British army in the 18th century and creating a free and independent government.

But Obama is more than a joke. Obama is like a political virus who is attacking the U.S. national nervous system and destabilizing the natural defenses of the body politic. Obama kills silently, in the night, when everybody is asleep and dreaming.

Since he came into office, Obama has done nothing to better the lives of the American people and improve the American nation. Even if he wanted to help the American people and make America better, he would be stopped by his masters because, as Alex Jones says in this video, he is compromised.

Obama is blackmailable from head to toe. The enemies of America, both foreign (Israel) and domestic (Wall Street banksters, criminal multinational corporations, political opponents), love the fact that Obama is in the White House.

The mythic fairytale about the Osama Bin Laden killing was intended to make the public believe that Obama is in charge and he is a great war leader. But Obama takes orders, he doesn’t give them. There would be no difference if a slave or a robot was in the White House instead of Obama. Obama is worse than a robot and a slave. He is a psychopathic liar and killer who loves death and destruction.

No sooner did the literary agency brochure in which Barack Obama was said to be Kenyan-born surface than the media went to work to deep-six it.

“This was nothing more than a fact checking error by me – an agency assistant at the time,” Miriam Goderich, now a named partner in the literary agency, Dystel & Goderich, wrote in an emailed statement to Yahoo News, which was then picked up ABC News. “There was never any information given to us by Obama in any of his correspondence or other communications suggesting in any way that he was born in Kenya and not Hawaii. I hope you can communicate to your readers that this was a simple mistake and nothing more.”

This confession rings false to the point of preposterous for any number of reasons. Let us start with the obvious. At the time, 1991, the Acton & Dystel agency listed 90 clients, Obama among its least significant. How likely is it that Goderich would have remembered enough about a 1991 “error” to know it was hers, especially since it went uncorrected through several revisions until changed in 2007? To make this claim credible, there would have to be an existing paper trail leading to an Obama submission in which he lists an Hawaiian birth. I am confident that there is no such submission.

So, was that information given to Miriam Goderich by William Ayers, FactCheck, the Annenberg Challenge, or the Univ. of Chicago, all in Chicago? Did Acton & Dystel in New York receive his birthplace data from Columbia Univ.? (That would explain some things, like admissions preference for a foreign student, in spite of mediocre studies at Oxy.) Even Business International Corporation in New York may have passed along the "Barack Obama... born in Kenya" deception, as Mark Steyn called it, which is known as fact here, there, and elsewhere. Mr. Obama did have enough gall to use B.I. as a reference and expect B.I. to cover for his "embellishment of his resumé."

(I think DENKO conflates "the Christ’s temptation [in the wilderness by Satan]" with Moses' temptation to abide in Pharaoh's court, which temptation became Moses' mirage when he killed an Egyptian. After 40 years tending sheep in the back side of the wilderness, Moses did return to deliver his brethren, the children of Israel, from slavery to Pharaoh. However, the parallel with Moses in Dreams From My Father wouldn't sell so well in the bookshops on the Arab street.)

Leo Donofrio has retired his law license and ended his "NaturalBornCitizen" blog.

"Point of View," a Christian conservative talk show which broadcasts nationwide from Dallas from 1 to 3 pm CDT, today mentioned Mark Steyn's downplaying of the Acton & Dystel "Barack Obama... born in Kenya" booklet, but only at the last minute of the program - too late to refute. Mr. Steyn has offered a new spin on Mr. Obama's birth in Kenya, a theory that Barack Obama II was actually born in Hawaii, but he claimed to be born in Kenya when that became an asset for admission to college (or to the Punahou School?), and until it became a liability for running for President.

Kerby Anderson of "Point of View," who is conservative on everything else, was a bit sympathetic with Mark Steyn's spin, a.k.a. obfuscation and misleading disinformation. He read Steyn's warning into the mike, "...have you ever thought it would be way cooler to have been born in colonial Kenya? Whoa, that sounds like crazy Birther talk; don’t go there!"

On a related note elsewhere, the prayer meeting which I attend has wearied of my years of praying for the United States to be delivered from the fraudulent, Constitutionally ineligible usurper of the Presidency. Those in authority changed the order from open prayers of the people to a moderator format, so that prayers can be censored before being prayed aloud in the hearing of the congregation. Now that my prayers are anathema, I guess I'll have to go somewhere else. But without so many years of faithful attendance and giving, I don't expect any other church to allow me to present my "odious" petition for deliverance from evil.

I still have great respect for Jack Cashill, ever since his first book on TWA Flight 800. He is supporting a tortuous theory here, one that is so patently contrived as to render it a three dollar bill, an obvious counterfeit that is intended to fool no one. Other writers are using the same opener, "I don't believe Obama was born in Kenya, BUT..." That looks like a disavowal written under duress, pressure conveyed by the deaths of Andrew Breitbart and his coroner. I see Cashill's diversionary tale as a hedge to enable him to stay alive while telling us what he can of his sources' information.

After all, the American dream has been turned upside down, and the picture of the anti-American nightmare we are seeing is a negative print. Mr. Obama is the anti-president, AG Eric Holder is the capo of the anti-justice department, the TSA is "the gang that feels up grandmothers and children," the BATF is the agency in charge of sales of 2500 automatic weapons and Barrett .50 cal sniper rifles to the Mexican drug cartels, the FBI is persecuting patriots like retired LCDR Walter Fitzpatrick, and who knows what the CIA and the NSA are doing this week with Russian soldiers using U.S. Army weapons, in Bluffdale, Utah, and Fort Collins, Colorado. Military officers who request verification of chain of command, because they swore an oath to support and defend the Constitution, are stripped of rank and pension, dishonorably discharged, and even imprisoned for doing the right thing, that which they must do.

Cashill and other whistleblowers may have good reason to be anticipating the knock on the door in the dead of night, not by law enforcement, but by mob enforcers. If it helps them sleep at night (which I can't) without fear, I don't mind them prefacing their exposés with, "I don't believe a word of this howling at the moon, but in case you do, here it is."

We are now living in anti-America. With the usurpation of the Presidency by an enemy combatant, born in Kenya, taught to be a Mus|im in Indonesia, trained from the cradle in Marxism and Maoism, a communist dictator with Mus|im Brotherhood sympathies, whose obvious intent in act after act is to defund, disempower, and dismantle America . . . how one copes, initiates, and responds in public are all being relearned. I need to see how other people manage to survive in anti-America, rather than criticize anyone for an obviously phony statement made under duress while his peers are dying at the hands of who knows whom.
