PHOENIX (CBS5) - A 16-year-old Canadian boy has been arrested again on charges of threatening to kill Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio.

The teen's fourth threat against the sheriff came on Saturday, shortly after his release from a psychiatric facility near Alberta, Canada, where the court had ordered him to a 30-day stay.

The teen emailed the sheriff's website and said that he "will never stop until I am put away for good. I hate you so much that I will travel to Arizona to [deleted]."

The teen's first threat against Arpaio was made in July 2013 and directed at his wife, children and grandchildren. The teen said he would murder Arpaio and his family and bomb his house.

The second threat came in October when the teen promised to open fire on the sheriff and his wife and make sure the sheriff simply "vanishes."

In the third threat, made in November, the suspect said he was planning to kill the sheriff with a Glock handgun.

"This person appears mentally unbalanced and authorities cannot prevent him from acting out his aggressions," Arpaio said in a statement.

"While laws in Canada may be different, it is still imperative that police recognize the danger someone like this young man poses against not just me, but people in general," Arpaio said.

Recently Barack Obama attempted to sign up for Obamacare on the Washington DC exchange. He was denied as his identity could not be confirmed. Subsequently Obama’s aide submitted application to the DC exchange in person, and there is no evidence whether [this] in person application was ever approved. Subsequently White House communications officer stated to reporters, among them FOX news White House correspondent Ed Henry, that Obama could not sign up on the web site as his identification information was scrubbed from the databases.

Attorney Taitz submitted an FOIA request for information, which was granted, see attached response from FOIA officer Mary-Beth Senkewitcz, who confirmed that [the] Washington DC Healthcare Exchange does not have any order by any judge directing them to remove Obama’s identification information from their database.

Further, Ms. Senkewitcz stated that there is no mechanism to protect US tax payers from fraud and use of ACA (Obamacare) by illegal aliens or people using stolen Social Security numbers. Moreover, there is no reporting requirement for employees of the Exchange to report identity fraud, identity theft, and use of stolen IDs by individuals signing up for ACA.

Attorney Taitz has been vindicated as for 5 years now she has been working on the issue of Obama’s use of a stolen CT Social Security number 042-nn-nnnn of Harry (Harrison) Bounel, as well as Obama’s use of fabricated IDs.

The fact that Washington DC exchange refused Obama’s attempt to sign up for his own signature program due to the fact that they could not verify his identification, is a sign from God, is a vindication of work of Dr. and Attorney Orly Taitz, and it is hilarious that it looks like Obama’s own achievement program will do him in, will have him exposed and prosecuted. Attorney Taitz has a number of challenges against Obama going on now. Jurisdiction is proper due to the fact that the defendant is an Acting Director of a Federal Government Agency located in the District of Maryland, there is a diversity of citizenship and the Federal law question -Freedom of Information Act 5 US §552 is the basis of the complaint.

ALLEGATIONS AND APPEAL OF REFUSAL BY THE DEFENDANT TO PROVIDE REQUESTED SS‑5 FOR HARRY (HARRISON) BOUNEL

1. On April 26 Plaintiff submitted Freedom of Information request to the Social Security Administration (Hereinafter SSA), seeking under 5 USC §552 (Hereinafter FOIA) a release of SS‑5, Social Security Application for Harry (Harrison) Bounel and two other individuals.

2. Agency has an obligation to respond to FOIA request within 20 business days.

3. Taitz did not receive any response of information for 60 days and brought forward a legal action at hand.

4. After the legal action was filed, defendant, Acting SSA Commissioner, filed an answer claiming not to have any records for Harry (Harrison) Bounel. Defendant submitted an affidavit by Senior FOIA officer, Dawn Wiggins, who claimed not to have records for Harry (Harrison) Bounel.

5. Taitz responded by filing a Motion for Summary Judgment (Hereinafter HSJ) in favor of the Plaintiff, asserting that Colvin and Wiggins are defrauding the court, as SSA indeed has requested SS‑5. As proof Taitz provided the court with November 16, 2012 letter signed by the same senior FOIA officer Dawn Wiggins, which showed that SSA has records for Harry Bounel, but refused to release them due to alleged considerations of privacy. Exhibit 4 (November 16, 2012 letter from Wiggins [is] included with an affidavit of Albert Hendershot), stating that disclosing this (Harry Bounel's) information would be a clearly unwarranted invasion of privacy, and the FOIA (5 USC § 552(b)(6)) does not require disclosure.

Taitz responded that not only Dawn Wiggins, SSA and defendant Carolyn Colvin are defrauding this honorable court in claiming that they have no records for Harry Bounel, they are also violating their own rules and regulations and specifically 120 year rule, which states that the Social Security Administration has to release without a proof of death or a death certificate SS‑5 applications for "Extremely aged individuals" who were born 120 years ago or earlier. "120 year rule" was adopted in 2010 and made public in 2011 in the Chief FOIA officer report. "120 year rule" was included as an exhibit with Complaint and first Amended Complaint and is part of the record of this case. Taitz provided the court with a true and correct copy of the 1940 Census from Bronx, New York, showing that in 1940 Bounel was 50 years old, therefore in 2013, when the request was made, he

was 122‑123 years old, well over 120 year requirement to be considered an extremely aged individual[,] and SSA violated its own FOIA and 120 year rule by refusing to release the information, which justifies an order from the court directing SSA to release the SS‑5 for Bounel. (Exhibit 4 1940 Census information for Bounel included with affidavit of Albert Hendershot).

6. In a response from the defense, SSA claimed that when Taitz submitted her request, she provided additional information, such as date of birth of Harry Bounel, place of birth, year of immigration to the U.S., and that SSA could not find SS‑5 with matching information, therefore SSA used minor discrepancies in secondary information as an excuse not to provide requested SS‑5.

7. On August 8, 2013 Taitz submitted to SSA a second FOIA request seeking SS‑5 for Harrison (Harry) Bounel without any secondary information. She sought SS‑5 based only on first and last name, so that SSA would not claim plausible deniability and would not use minor discrepancies in secondary information as an excuse for denial of requested documents. According to 5 USC § 552 an agency is obligated to respond within 20 days. SSA did not respond in over 130 days.

8. On December 13, 2013 this court issued an order and memorandum opinion, stating that since the defense filed a response and the First Amended complaint

Was Obama’s CIA Chief John Brennan Behind Journalist Michael Hasting’s Murder?

According to a hacked email from Defense contractor Stratfor that was reported on by San Diego Channel 6’s Kimberly Dvorak, it was former counter terrorism czar and now CIA chief John Brennan — and not Eric Holder’s Department of Justice — who was behind the recently revealed media witch hunt. Per the email, written by none other than Fred Burton, the president of the huge military contractor Stratfor, “Brennan is behind the witch hunts of investigative journalists…”

Hundreds of phones were tapped and emails gone through at the Associated Press and Fox News, all in a witch hunt to find out who was leaking information that was making the Obama administration look bad. James Rosen, a seasoned reporter at Fox News for years, was even named as an enemy of the state, charged under the Espionage Act. It turned out to be a ploy to get a judge to okay tapping Rosen’s work and personal phone, along with the phones of friends and family members.

Brennan, then as now in charge of Obama’s drone assassination program, has targeted American citizens on foreign soil, specifically the murder of Anwar al-Awlaki and his 16-year-old son, Abdulrahman, in Yemen, along with five other Yemeni teenagers.

The question is, did Brennan take the witch hunt of journalists to the next level? That is, did Brennan order the assassination of an American journalist? It’s really not that far of a stretch, as deeming an American citizen an enemy of the state, guilty of violating the Espionage Act—as was done with Fox’s James Rosen—carries the death penalty.

According to the widow of Michael Hastings, the Rolling Stone reporter killed in a suspicious car crash, Hastings was working on an exposé of John Brennan. Given that the official story of Hastings’ death is falling apart, do we need to look at John Brennan for answers?

According to the official story, Hastings was traveling at 100 miles per hour when he hit a tree, causing his 2013 Mercedes Benz C250 to explode and burst into flames. San Diego Channel 6’s Kimberly Dvorak contacted a San Diego State University professor of Mechanics to analyze newly unearthed video of Hastings’ vehicle seconds before the so-called crash. The professor stated that Hastings was only traveling 35 miles per hour, not 100 miles per hour as investigators claim. Further, according to Dvorak, a witness states that the vehicle blew up before it hit the tree. The unearthed video seems to corroborate this, as multiple explosions occur prior to the vehicle coming to rest at the base of the tree, not to mention the fact that there was minimal damage to the tree. Further, the engine and drivetrain were ejected several hundred feet from the vehicle at a ninety degree angle to the direction of travel. According to the laws of physics, this is impossible. This proves the vehicle exploded before hitting the tree.

Adding further fuel to the conspiracy fire, Hastings sent out a frantic email hours before his death, stating that he was working on a big story and needed to go into hiding, adding that the FBI was investigating him. When the email became public, the FBI vociferously denied investigating Hastings; but friends of Hastings not only confirm that the FBI was investigating him, but that the FBI had visited Hastings’ home the day before his death!

The question is not was Michael Hastings murdered, but who did it?

Did the head of the CIA—John Brennan—order the assassination of an American citizen on American soil?

Did John Brennan call for Michael Hastings to be tried under the Espionage Act, and did that prove to be too inconvenient for the head spook? Sources close to Hastings state not only that Hastings was investigating Brennan and his rogue CIA agency, but the NSA as well.

Did Michael Hastings discover that John Brennan had his hand in this or that he was involved in some other nefarious activity, and this needed to be hushed up fast?

Perhaps this is all a conspiracy theory.

Key witness in passport fraud case fatally shot

A key witness in a federal probe into passport information stolen from the State Department was fatally shot in front of a District church, the Metropolitan Police Department said yesterday.

Lt. Quarles Harris Jr., 24, who had been cooperating with a federal investigators, was found late Thursday night slumped dead inside a car, in front of the Judah House Praise Baptist Church in Northeast, said Cmdr. Michael Anzallo, head of the department’s Criminal Investigations Division.
Cmdr. Anzallo said a police officer was patrolling the neighborhood when gunshots were heard, then Lt. Harris was found dead inside the vehicle, which investigators would describe only as a blue car.

Emergency medics pronounced him dead at the scene.

City police said they do not know whether his death was a direct result of his cooperation with federal investigators.

“We don’t have any information right now that connects his murder to that case,” Cmdr. Anzallo said.

Police say a “shot spotter” device helped an officer locate Lt. Harris.

A State Department spokeswoman yesterday declined to comment, saying the investigation into the passport fraud is ongoing.

The Washington Times reported April 5 that contractors for the State Department had improperly accessed passport information for presidential candidates Sens. Hillary Rodham Clinton, Barack Obama and John McCain, which resulted in a series of firings that reached into the agency’s top ranks.

One agency employee, who was not identified in documents filed in U.S. District Court, was implicated in a credit-card fraud scheme after Lt. Harris told federal authorities he obtained “passport information from a co-conspirator who works for the U.S. Department of State.”

Passing On Passports at the State Department

I had warned folks about this very thing when reports surfaced about how contract workers at the State Department were illegally accessing the passport records of Hillary Clinton, John McCain, and Barack Obama, among others. Well, it turns out there were other State Department workers who were doing just that - stealing passport information to gain new identities for illicit purposes:

Meanwhile, a State Department employee who was not identified in documents filed in U.S. District Court, was implicated in a credit-card fraud scheme after 24-year-old Lieutenant Quarles Harris Jr. told federal authorities he obtained "passport information from a co-conspirator who works for the U.S. Department of State."

The investigation began after Metropolitan Police on March 25 pulled over Mr. Harris in Southeast on suspicion that the windows of his vehicle were tinted too darkly.

After searching Mr. Harris and his vehicle, police found marijuana and 21 credit cards that were not issued in his name or the name of a female passenger with him. Police also found eight printouts of State Department passport applications, and four of the names on the applications matched four of the credit cards.

Upon questioning by agents from the U.S. Secret Service, U.S. Postal Service and State Department, Mr. Harris "admitted he obtained the passport information" from a State Department employee, court documents say.

Mr. Harris also said the fraud ring submitted credit-card applications using the names and "identifying information" of the persons listed on the passport applications, and that a postal service employee then would intercept the cards before they were delivered to the appropriate residences.

Passport application data includes details such as a person's date and place of birth, e-mail address, mailing address, Social Security number, former names and travel plans.

Mr. Harris, of Capitol Heights was initially arrested for possession with intent to distribute marijuana, and has since been charged by complaint in U.S. District Court in the District with credit-card fraud.

He was released on his own recognizance, under the condition that he not apply for or possess any passports.

Who is the individual at the State Department who handed off this information to Harris? That would seem to indicate a serious breach of confidentiality and security at State. Thus far, the head of passport services has stepped down, but I think that's insufficient.

Passport services has been a complete and utter mess. They failed miserably to handle the increased demand for passports after Congress mandated that all US citizens have passports to visit Mexico, Canada, or the Caribbean. They've also since outsourced printing of passports and questions arose over the billing of same. Now, we've got an ongoing scandal about lax internal security of the very kinds of documents needed to steal the identities of US citizens to create bogus passports.

Harris may have already used those bogus documents as he's facing charges of credit-card fraud in Maryland from a September incident at a mall there; court documents show that Harris purchased 10 Nordstrom gift cards worth $1,000 each on Sept. 25 with a credit card that did not belong to him.

According to March 2008 reports, State Department employees conducted an unauthorized search of Obama's passport files during the recent presidential campaign. CNN reported that three different contract workers accessed his information on separate occasions – Jan. 9, Feb. 21 and March 14 – without authorization. Two workers were fired and another faced discipline.

Obama's files reportedly contained copies of passport applications, birth date, basic biographical information, records of passport renewal and possibly citizenship information.

The Obama campaign demanded a thorough investigation to determine which employees looked at the file and why.

"This is an outrageous breach of security and privacy, even from an administration that has shown little regard for either over the last eight years," Obama campaign spokesman Bill Burton told CNN in a statement. "Our government's duty is to protect the private information of the American people, not use it for political purposes."

Meanwhile, a key witness who had been cooperating with federal investigators was later found fatally shot in front of a Washington, D.C., church. A police officer found the body of [Lieutenant] Quarles Harris Jr., 24, slumped dead inside his car.

At the time, investigators said they didn’t have any information connecting the murder to the passport case. After one year of investigation of the homicide, there have been no arrests.

The passport has not been released.

Minuteman, I hope this is released as stated and it is universe shattering. Way overdue. However, I suspect that at best, the information will be released to the foreign press first and MAYBE, the MSM will have no other choice but to respond. I have no doubt that the information is rock solid. The CCP has put it all on the line. I don't think they came this far to fail. Keep the faith.
