    At issue is the contention of some Obama opponents that he either wasn't born a U.S. citizen or that at one point as a child he gave up his citizenship. The arguments have been dismissed by lower courts and well as by Obama and his aides.

    The nonpartisan FactCheck.org reported earlier this year that its researchers "have now seen, touched, examined and photographed the original birth certificate. We conclude that it meets all of the requirements from the State Department for proving U.S. citizenship."

    Another nonpartisan fact-checking outfit, PolitiFact.com, reached the same conclusion.

    Justice Clarence Thomas submitted the case, Donofrio v. Wells, for the court's consideration.

    dictatorship

    As we enter the fourth month of the Obama dictatorship, what important work must we complete while we yet have freedom of movement and speech?

    I think you meant the fourth week. It just seems like four months. Or maybe you are referring to the time period since the ruler was elected by the slaves. If that's the case, I stand corrected.

    To answer your question about what is next, I believe there are two main thrusts that have to operate in parallel. God fearing and lawful folks with money and legal resources must push on with the legal and marketing challenges. With a deaf ear coming from SCOTUS, this may be the most difficult challenge of the two.

    For the rest of us who are not wealthy and maybe don't have lots of time and resources available, we have to make certain we ourselves and our families are strong, and then we have to keep the grass root fires of Americanism burning. We have to learn more law and become savvy in our techniques of law enforcement against our enemies within our own government.

    We must be persistent in our efforts to continue our traditional American way of life.

    And never back down. And never give up.

    Socialism has never been successful and won't be successful here in America either. Socialism is a loser's philosophy, but the dark side of it is that it usually kills what it infests. Another reason for individual strength.

    I am silly aren't I? I also trusted our legal system and believed in equal access under the law. I also trusted our that our congress could muster between them enough integrity to do the right thing. For decades I trusted the government to protect our borders also. I really am quite gullible.

    Now I have learned to trust NOBODY on their word alone. I do not trust a man who swears he has nothing to hide, then spends over a million dollars to make sure we don't find out about his past. I suggest anybody who does take this at face value is indeed the gullible one now.

    Cayla, you are correct. Something detrimental to Obama is being hidden. He could have easily put all of this to rest if indeed he had the documents to disprove our "conspiracy theory". I have very sadly concluded however, that our very own Supreme Court will betray us and do absolutely nothing. We can take solace in the prospect that B. Hussein Obama will likely be a one term president, ala Jimmy Carter. He already has one strike against him...betraying the American people by givinv one of the first interviews of his Presidency to Al Arabia television and in essence, apologizing for America. He has weakened us in doing so and has made us a more attractive target of terrorists who now see us as weak and groveling.

    No. I'm saying we should be wary of these supposed "Fact Checking"websites who in reality are just doing the same as you and I.. ie our own research.

    For instance FactCheck.org is affiliated with the Annenberg Foundation. Obama is also affiliated with the Annenberg Foundation.

    I agree.

    Some Google searches I've done on Obama have come up missing of late.
    Very suspicious.

    talk, talk, talk

    Meanwhile, an unlawful impostor has usurped the throne, with ($200,000,000?) backing from Mus|ims of every stripe:

    1) Rashid Khalidi, a director of the official PLO press agency WAFA in Beirut, 1976-1982, and an adviser to the Palestinian delegation to the Madrid Conference in 1991;

    2) Mona Khalidi, chief English-language editor of WAFA, 1976-1982, and president of the Chicago-based Arab American Action Network (AAAN);

    3) Ali Abunimah, vice-president of AAAN and co-founder of the Electronic Intifada website, created by activists affiliated with the International Solidarity Movement;

    4) convicted mobster Tony Rezko, a Syrian;

    5 & 6) Nation of Is|am leader Louis Farrakan and New Black Panther Party leader Malik Zulu Shabazz;

    7) Raila Odinga, Marxist militant, Kenyan prime minister, and Mus|im opposition leader;

    8 ) Col. Mohammar Qadaffi of Libya, who encouraged Arabs to contribute to Campaign Obama;

    9) the Saudi royal family, 19% shareholders of FOX, who blocked Sean Hannity's coverage of Barack Obama's Constitutional ineligibility;

    Also, he was mentored by Frank Marshall Davis (Communist Party USA), and launched into the abysmal swamp of Chicago politics by Pentagon bomber Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn, members of the Weathermen Underground in the 60's.

    The President's cabinet, U.S. department heads, 535 legislators, 50 state governors, 50 secretaries of state, 538 electors, and all judges yet petitioned are gagged and bound, every one. The U.S. Supreme Court has denied four eligibility lawsuits to date. The judiciary has surrendered its rightful authority to a fraudulent usurper, and not one person in any of the three branches of government has spoken up to ask, "What ARE you doing?" In the land of the free and the home of the brave, has there ever been such mind-control or intimidation about anything, ever?

    Pray to the Lord of hosts for deliverance; petitioning the courts is futile. National self-determination has evaporated like the dew. I've a feeling we're not in a Constitutional Republic any more. Not even a democracy. This is a dictatorship.

    THIS IS IS|_AM.
