I will try not to be disagreeable; I apologize if I offend. However, your statement is incorrect.

As Abraham Lincoln said,
"If we call a dog's tail a leg, how many legs does a dog have?
Four. Calling a dog's tail a leg doesn't make it a leg."

67 million American adults calling a dog's tail a leg doesn't make it a leg, either. And 67 million American voters calling Mr. Obama the President of the United States doesn't make him the President, because he is not a natural born Citizen according to the U.S. Constitution, Art. ii, § 1.

"No person except a natural born Citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President..."

If Osama bin Ladin or Kim Jong-il somehow bought or seized the Presidency, would you call him the President, or would you seek his removal as a gate-crasher and a fraudulent impostor? Mr. Obama is an unlawful pretender to the throne, a poseur presenting himself as a natural born citizen, and a criminal who is even now perpetrating the greatest fraud since the Trojan Horse.

If an offensive lineman catches a pass and runs it for a touchdown, he is in possession of the football, but the referee calls back the run as illegal. Possession might be 99% of the law, but 1% of the law is still enough to evict Mr. Obama as an ineligible grasper for the Presidency, a pirate commandeering the ship of state.

2) The Obama Campaign has invoked accusations and aspersions of racism to intimidate the opposition from asking the hard questions. 3) We have, on video, on audio, and by transcript, the recorded testimony of Mama Sarah Obama, Barack Obama II's Kenyan step-grandmother. "Barack ±ate dhailani." In the Luo dialect of Swahili, that means "Barack born of village," or "Barack native of village." Take your pick.

We have the testimony of his half-sister and half-brother in Kenya corroborating his birth in Kenya. We have audiotaped testimony of the Kenyan Ambassador to the U.S., His Excellency Peter Ogego, speaking of "President-elect Obama," that his birthplace is well-known in Kenya.

If Barack Obama II was indeed born in Kenya, he has no claim to U.S. citizenship and is even now an illegal alien. The requirements that were in force from Dec. 24, 1952 to Nov. 13, 1986, encompassing the time of Obama's birth, stated (see "Amendments: 1986"), "If only one parent was a U.S. citizen at the time of your birth, that parent must have resided in the United States for at least 10 years, at least five of which had to be after the age of 14." 6) We have the Indonesian school record of Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack Obama, which listed his nationality as "Indonesian". Indonesian citizenship was mandatory in order to enroll in a government school. Mr. Obama has not presented any evidence of having recovered his U.S. citizenship or his name, "Barack Hussein Obama II," after he returned to Hawaii at age 10.

7) We have knowledge of his visit to Pakistan at age 20, possibly to Pashtun territory for a "quail hunt," and probably on his Indonesian passport. That would violate too many laws to list. (Traveling on a U.S. passport would have been problematic, or dangerous, while touring Pakistan, especially north or west of Karachi in 1981.)

8 ) We have record of enormous illegal foreign contributions to his campaign, including $200 million in amounts with "odd cents," apparently foreign currency exchanged for dollars. 9) We have record of Mr. Obama's manifestly suspicious behavior in refusing to release his vault long form Hawai'i Certificate of Live Birth, presenting instead a short form Certification of Live Birth (which appears to be forged), and in sealing his admission and financial aid records from Occidental College, Columbia University, and Harvard Law School, his faculty records at the University of Chicago, his medical records, and any other record which might include a copy of his long form Certificate of Live Birth, or which might otherwise indicate his nation of origin.
