The inept government could use these for controlled homeless shelters, would be cheaper than hotel rooms. No drugs or alcohol allowed.

We have plenty of empty vacant mall parking lots across America.

Construction trailers with laundry, men's and women's restrooms and showers.

They do not want to solve the problem of no housing and unaffordable housing.

They throw billions at the problem and solve nothing.

Put a microwave in there and a sink.

They have to sign up on a worksheet to clean and take care of the property or they get kicked out. We are not their maids.
