To ALIPAC - thanks for the reply. My frustration level was reaching toxic levels with no clear plans apparent. I need to be able to do something!
If making things miserable for employers who hire illegals is part of the longterm plan - not the election plan, may I suggest you begin with a boycot of Tyson Foods products? I have it from the horses mouth (two daughters and a son-in-law who all worked there in the past) that they hire illegals on a regular basis.

Ron Paul & Illegal Immigration
I am a supporter of Ron Paul & am so, do to Illegal Immigration. Ron Paul already has a deep grass roots support system in place which is why he is raising so much money. I don't understand why Anti Illegal Immigration groups just don't get behind him all the way? Dr. Paul's issues on Illegal Immigration are exactly what we believe & on top of that, his solutions to our failing economy are brilliant! Ron Paul is a smart man who truly cares about this country & has our best interest at heart. He is not running just for himself, he is running for American Citizens. I know not everyone agrees to all of Dr. Paul's issues, but that is a given with any candidate. Ron Paul is firm on most of the important issues such as Illegal Immigration. Why do you want to keep wasting time & money on looking for other candidates such as Lou Dobbs (whom I love) when we already have a candidate with a following & money, staring at us right in the face.

Don't waste a vote
I would rather write in the name of the candidate I want for President than waste a vote on someone I definitely DO NOT WANT - especially Clinton or McCain. They have shown their true colors and none of them are red, white and blue.
As Mr. Gheen indicated, our current voting process is obviously broken and conservatives should support the best possible candidate for our purposes. I don't know if Dobbs is the one. But I am willing to support him if he truly wants what we want, as Tom Tancredo did. I wish Tancredo was still in the race.

I think that we have to work toward getting all of the Illegal Immigration issues onto the November ballot. It's the U.S. Citizens who are demanding that Illegal Immigration be stopped in its tracks and we need to get our goal into law... by voting it into law. When the new President goes into office, he or she will have to listen to the American people; and hopefully, abide by our wishes.
Remember that*all Politicians work for us, the U.S. Taxpaying Citizens.* If they are not doing their jobs to your liking, FIRE THEM in the next elections.

I fear that after Bush and the recklessness of the republican congress of recent years, McCain will be the end of republicans as a power for years to come if not the death of the GOP completely.
I will let Obama win the presidency, No I will not vote for him, I will write in Romney knowing he will loose, but my focus will be to try and vote in conservatives (not republicans) to fill the seats of congress. At least this way "maybe" conservatives will oppose and defeat Obama's plans? My hope is: after 4 years of fighting off the socialist madness, we conservatives will rise up and put forth a worthy candidate that we can all rally behind?Stop the MOB deny the JOB

Great letter
Thanks for the great letter. We must continue the fight. We have already scared Congress a couple of times. Now we must work to elect only pro rule of law Congressmen and Senators.
And how about a nice boycott of one business who has financially supported McCain's campaign and one that has financially supported Hilliary's who advertises and uses Spanish? Why, because obviously these business are preparing for the NAU. Hispanics are only 18 % of the population for goodness sake. Pick their name out of hat. Choose a new company each month.... and the winner is.... Make it funny.
Let's show our economic clout.
In Quebec when they had the first referendum on separation, the pro unity folks did not dare open their mouths, it would not be politically correct. It was a cert that separation would pass. The the separists made a mistake. They made fun of the wife of the anti separists movement, called her an Yvette for being anti separation (an insulting name meaning a stay at home dumb woman). Within a days, there was an anti separation rally. Women packed it to the ceiling and were all wearing buttons that said Yvette. It was a hoot. The referendum failed.
And how about some humoron buttons ? Feed the greedly elite. Vote Mclinton with a picture of a sad sack fat cat? Not very good I know, but you get the idea and surely members can come up with something better.
How about selling bumper stickers... to save America for Americans.
The fight is not over.Take a stand or all there will be left to do is to ask the last person in the country we once called America to lower the flag one last time.

At this point, I think the momentum is such that our major party choices this fall will be between TWEEDLEDEE and TWEEDLEDUM. I, too, support Ron Paul for President. I only hope that his strong grassroots support will galvanize voters into considering a third party once the Republicrats and Democans make their selections this year - and that Ron would be up to the challenge.
That said, there's more than one way to skin a cat. Presidents propose, legislators legislate. We need to keep our eyes peeled on this fall's candidates for both the House and the Senate ... and know who's with us and who's against us. If we can get a veto-proof majority of supporters on Capitol Hill - and get them to support legislation that protects the sanctity of our borders as well as supporting enforcement of immigration laws - that would be enough.

Thank you W. Your words are so much kinder than mine are right now. Thank you for your cool head.
A copy of your letter is being circulated to everyone in my address book.
