Thread: Emergency alert! Amnesty and License votes Tues and Weds!

We need some special focus and calls on the Assembly leadership.

These are the people that will decide if that bill makes it to the floor for a vote or not. Spitzer's people know it will likely pass if voted upon.

Can some of you go after these leaders with special focus on the message

"Please let this bill be voted on." ?

Called both Spitzers offices and Canestrari. Will call others in between Dream act.

Burrs office said he doesn't support the Dream Act, when asked if he would vote no, he repeated the Senator does not support the Dream Act. His phones are very busy today.

My national organization opposes your plan to betray over 72% of New York state's legal citizens you swore to represent by giving licenses to illegal aliens.

Yet, we want to thank you because the state legislature is about to override you and make you the national poster boy for politicians that betray the public on the illegal immigration issues.

After your license for illegals plan is defeated, you can expect a politically painful decline back into the non elected official category. Anyone that runs against you will have no trouble completely scorching your campaign because you have angered 3 out of 4, or more voters.

Thanks for throwing yourself on your own sword.

I have been well received on my calls as well, even by the few offices that support Spitzer on this.
