Maryland lawmakers responsible for illegal alien crimes

William Gheen to Maryland lawmakers: You're responsible for crimes of illegals

William Gheen's open letter message to Maryland lawmakers 3/23/2017 (Sent by email to the Maryland State House members at 9:43am)

Many lawmakers and government employees are responsible for illegal alien crimes like the gang rape at Rockville High School because they facilitate those crimes and show illegals they can break many US laws and be rewarded. That is why lawmakers in Colorado are trying to pass a new law we want to see spring up in many states which would allow the victims of illegal alien crimes to sue sanctuary policy lawmakers for damages!

Why would these young illegal aliens think any other boundaries or laws should be respected when lawmakers and government employees reward their illegal actions with sanctuary cities, welfare, free education and healthcare, scholarships and in-state tuition, driver licenses, and lots of pats on the back for breaking into America to help Democrats dominate elections?

Each time a story breaks press about serious problems with illegal immigrants, the socialists will say they receive "racist" e-mails and threats. They do this because they want to deflect attention away from the gang rape their policies fostered and allowed to happen on US soil. They want to blame Americans who
would have prevented this attack, as if nasty emails and phone calls from angry Americans could compare to the thousands of rapes and murders sweeping America due to illegal immigration.

Many times, the illegal alien supporters make the threatening calls themselves to try to give their side political ammunition when they are losing badly because their illegal immigrant allies mauled or maimed a US child. We've seen the same pattern from these dishonest and politically sociopathic people in many corners of America.

Instead of sticking to their "blame American victims" narrative, these lawmakers should ask themselves how many ways they contributed to the crimes of illegal aliens that have brought third world violence and anarchy to first world Maryland. The two rape suspects need to face trial and be punished to the full extent of our laws, and the lawmakers that made their crimes possibly should be held accountable as well.

The citizens of Maryland need to rise up and organize to cast down the sanctuary city policies that aid and abet illegal immigrants with their unlawful presence in our nation and make a new effort to stop their city, county, state, and federal lawmakers from backing illegal immigrants before they find their own children cornered by illegals that should have never been allowed into America in the first place.

It would seem one of those border children agencies bused them to Md, placed them in someone's home that receives monies for them from the gov't and enrolled them in school. Seems to be a fairly expensive area and cannot see them as entering in the shadows and found their way somehow into that setup.

    Mentioned from Ca.gov site are:
Two lead resettlement agencies, the Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service and the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, assist ORR with the URM program by conducting several important functions. They identify eligible children in need of URM services; determine appropriate placements for children among their national networks of affiliated agencies; and conduct training, research and technical assistance on URM services. Affiliates of these two voluntary agencies contract with state refugee programs to become URM service providers.

The pdf states they stay in foster care till 21, have full med-cal healthcare
    http://www.cdss.ca.gov/refugeeprogram/res/pdf/Factsheets/URM_Fact_Sheet.pdf

Probably very similar for other states, this happens to be Calfornia data:

If that is how this tragedy came to be, the placement agencies are to blame also. The UAC program is just another way of opening our borders to more countries' "children" for the entire family to come later. To take in hundreds of thousands with questionable mental stability and mores' is another assault on the American public; physically, mentally, financially. Many central americans are out & out illegals too but this Wilberforce Act has to go, otherwise they are staying in high %s.

Hey, Pres trump - you are still taking these scumbags in and busing them all @ the country - repeal the Wilberforce Act NOW - return these misnamed "refugees" to their countries of origin. We don't want to pay billions to keep them and their future anchor babies.
Maryland High School Rape Suspects Part of Unaccompanied Minors Border-Crossing Deluge

    March 23, 2017
(Daily Caller News Foundation) The teenagers who allegedly raped a high school classmate in Maryland arrived in the U.S. in 2016, part of a deluge of unaccompanied minors who illegally crossed the U.S.-Mexico border that year.
The suspects, Jose Montano and Henry Sanchez Milian, were searching for relatives already living in the U.S., The Washington Post reported Wednesday.
When Montgomery County Police arrested Montano, 17, and Sanchez Milan, 18, on March 16, it was not the first time the two had come into contact with U.S. authorities. Both teenagers were apprehended by Border Patrol officers shortly after crossing the southern border and then turned over to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), as is required by federal law.
HHS then released Montano, from El Salvador, and Sanchez Milian, from Guatemala, to their guardians in Maryland, where they were enrolled in public school. Less than a year later, police say, they took turns sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl in a bathroom at Rockville High.
The case has drawn attention to a number of questions surrounding illegal immigration and border security. Critics of national immigration policy have blasted authorities for accepting increasing numbers of unaccompanied children who arrive at the U.S.-Mexico border, most of them from Central American countries.
More than 200,000 unaccompanied minors were apprehended on the southern border between 2013 and 2016, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection. The number of Central Americans detained surpassed Mexicans for the first time ever in 2014 and again in 2016.

Officials say border agents issued Montano and Sanchez Milian notices to appear in immigration court, the Post reported, but U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), which initiates deportation proceedings, never filed charges against Sanchez Milian. Under ICE policy, Sanchez Milian was not a priority for deportation because he did not have a known criminal record or gang affiliation.

The Trump administration revised immigration enforcement policy last month, expanding the categories of illegal immigrants that would be subject to deportation proceedings. A fact sheet released by DHS in February said ICE “will not exempt classes or categories of removal aliens from potential enforcement” and that “those in violation of the immigration laws may be subject to enforcement proceedings, up to and including removal from the United States.”

They should have been in custody from the time they arrived, given an expedited deportation hearing at the Border and shipped right back out of here the same day. You get whatever you need TO THE BORDER and do all this business there, turn them around immediately and start doing your jobs like thinking cell-connected adults. STOP ACTING LIKE BABIES and get this job done.

Repeal the Wilberforce Act - obviously no plans to do that as DHS Kelly came up with a plan to separate the children from a parent to discourage. They are still coming across the border! 40% less, so 20k instead of 60k yearly - 4 yrs of that is just another open border scheme - mexican phase1, central americans phase 2 and we get to PAY for everything they need - wait till they start anchor babying and in taking years for a hearing, they will! Anyway, a very small % are returned to their country.

We still will have to detain/house them, find a "relative", mostly illegal = $$$$ expensive with the figure of 250,000 here now and they get monies, healthcare, schooling - all social services. They can later say this or that happened to them and sue.

What kind of diseases do they have or carry strains of that we have not been exposed to prior - many of our children had a respiratory virus that req'd hospitalization and polio strains causing paralyses.

Hand every one of those illegal kids into the hands of THEIR President.

The quicker they end up on their President's doorstep to care for...the sooner this will end.

I do not want to pay for them! Feed them a sandwich and get them out. Load them up on a bus and hand them over to the Mexican authorities to transport them.

No daycare on our soil for illegal aliens. Let their President find their relatives.

Senator: Why was Maryland Rapist Allowed in the Country?

03/24/2017 / By shawn Americans continue to be shocked and disgusted by the vicious rape of a 14-year-old girl in a Maryland high school, perpetrated by older teenagers – at least one of whom had no legal right to be in the United States. Now Republican lawmakers are looking for answers, and the Trump administration is saying the case illustrates the dangers of playing nice with illegal immigration.

Henry Sanchez-Milian, 18, and Jose Montano, 17, are the suspects in the crime; both of them are from Central America. Montano’s immigration status has not been cleared up, but it is known that Sanchez is in the country illegally. He was attending high school (as a freshman, on account of his limited English) while awaiting his deportation hearing.

In a letter to the director of Immigrations and Customs Enforcement, Sen. Ron Johnson of the Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee, demanded to know why Sanchez was even in a position to rape one of his classmates.

“On March 16, 2017, a tragic event occurred in Montgomery County, Maryland. According to news reports, a 14-year old student was dragged into a high school restroom and raped by two teenage boys,” Johnson wrote. “At a hearing March 22, Brandon Judd, president of the National Border Patrol Council, testified if Border Patrol had properly done its job, neither Sanchez-Milian or Montano would have been present in this country to commit this heinous act.”

At the testimony in question, Judd said:
“Had we done our job, that 14-year-old girl would have never been raped. Period. Had we held those individuals in custody, or that one individual in custody pending a determination that this person should be allowed to remain in this country, that rape would not have happened. We failed the citizens of this great nation by not securing the border.”

Johnson believes the teenagers may have been granted leniency due to Obama’s Unaccompanied Minor Program, which allowed young immigrants to live with families or sponsors in the U.S. until their cases could be decided.

The spotlight is now once again on illegal immigration, which was Trump’s biggest selling point on his way to the Republican nomination. And it’s a reminder of just how important it is for him to make some serious changes to our current policies and how important it is to enforce the ones that work. Thankfully, every indication we have points to him doing just that.

(IMO - he could be doing much more)
