John & Ken (KFI 640) have listed the names of 42 Members of Congress who supposedly support SAVE but won't or haven't signed the discharge petition yet. They spoke with Brian Bilbray about this yesterday. Here is the list posted on their site (Phred, this list may be similar to yours):

The SAVE Act is widely considered to be the only chance of passing immigration reform this year , and it doesn’t include amnesty! But 42 Members of Congress who support the SAVE Act won’t sign a petition to bring it to a vote! Why? Call them and ask why they won’t make more border agents, new ICE agents and E-verify the law!

Your faxes and phone calls during Congress's two-week Easter break have delivered four more signers of the Discharge Petition to force a U.S. House floor vote on Rep. Heath Shuler's SAVE Act (H.R. 408:

Alaska -- Rep. Young
New York -- Rep. Walsh
Ohio -- Rep. Tiberi
Pennsylvania -- Rep. Kanjorski

Out of 435 Members of the House, 185 have now signed the Discharge Petition, which is a rarely used procedure to move legislation that is blocked by House leadership. You just have to take my word for it that this number is really phenomenal.

But it will take 218 signers to force Speaker of the House Pelosi to bring the SAVE Act to a vote. We have 33 more signers to go.

OK ALIPACERS LETS KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK 33 TO GO!!

Kanjorski got hammered by Lou Barletta last week during spring break for being a hypocrite for co-sponsoring the SAVE Act but not signing the discharge petition as soon as it was introduced. He basically got Kanjorski to publically commit to signing on return to DC.

Thats great, just the kind of pressure we need to get the signatures!!
