I don't know if you've read my posts about my recent one on one communications with one of my state (Idaho) Senators, but I'm in constant personal contact with him, and I've educated him quite a bit on this issue. Politicians tend to know a liitle bit about everything, but never everything about any one particular issue. Anyway, he's assured me he is going to keep his eyes and ears open for the next few months and see if he can come up with a viable solution for Idaho to get a leg up on this problem. He's asked me to supply him with whatever information I can, and I am already doing that.
RIP TinybobIdaho -- May God smile upon you in his domain forevermore.

It appears that they have taken the next step from concerned citizens to citizen activists. For those of you that haven't heard William speak in person...make the trip. It is well worth it.

She went out the door before the meeting was over.
I saw one lady leave just a little before the end, but that is ok. That happens at big meetings all the time. Not everyone can stay for the full two hours.

I'm glad she attended and is in support of the program.

I talk to people that hire illegal immigrants and they tell me that they are the best workers they ever had and they have a very strong work ethic.
...of course these corrupt businessmen are going to say that. On the one hand they are breaking the law and have committed a crime by knowingly hiring an illegal alien. What are thy going to do, look totally stupid and say, ya know, now I got these lazy illegals working for me. Of course not...they're gonna say Americans are lazy and the illegals are the best workers in the world, blah, blah, blah just so they can try to justify why they hire them, and not Americans (which, in reality is because they work cheap and it give the owner a huge profit). So, this Councilman has "no street cred" if she can't see right through this smokescreen.

Very well stated William! I am honored to be a part of this group. Thank you for not being all talk and no action.

No one has ever said to me - Americans are lazy and on welfare - but if it happens I am sure that person will need assistance. I don't know any Americans that are on welfare and over 95% of the Americans I know are working 2-3 jobs and have not much time for a little R&R never mind a vacation. My mother is working and she is 72, can't stop. I know retired Americans that are back working. So, I would love for someone to say Americans are lazy to my face. As far as I'm concerned I want all the work. I'm greedy. I'm ready to express how I really feel.
