I just called Sununu's office and they said he has voted against similar legislation in the past and that he is against amnesty and expect him to vote no on this amendment.
Not confirmed but that is the expectation.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

I think Menendez is NE. ?
So you can add both Senators to your NO vote for now"A Government big enough to give you everything you want,is strong enough to take everything you have"* Thomas Jefferson

Corker is another NO! His aide said that he would absolutely not vote in favor of the "current" amendment. I asked if the amnesty provision was influencing his vote and he said he didn't know. I told him, "He does realize it's amnesty doesn't he?" The aide said he was sure he did.
USPatriot, I was told the same thing by Martinez' office. As long as it's attached to the DoD, he will vote against it.
