    I was just watching but I am having a hard time understanding how the vote goes. I always have to come back here for the interpretation. At least it's good for now!

    Just heard on the news at the top of the hour they are going to vote on actual cloture later today??? This vote is something about cutting off debate???

    While we can all get excited, I don't think there is too much riding on this vote because they already said they're bringing it up again this afternoon.
    It cost several fence sitters nothing this time.

    From what I heard, the first vote was for limiting debate, which failed.

    This one is for cloture.

    Reid said that he would vote NO on this so he could be on the winning side and have the ability to bring this up for a vote again later today! I beleive what I heard him say. It is a manipulative political move by him!
