    Yes, Reid said earlier if cloture failed this morning, he'd call for another vote later on today.
    Reid also said if the cloture vote failed he would pull the bill. There must be an amendment that his team wants tacked onto this bill.

    If they do pull the bill, can they just add again later this session or do they have to wait for the next session to try it again??
