Yes I am aware of what you were talking about. To me its the same thing, only difference being one implanted the other carried at all times in your wallet. Either way it goes I want no part of it. No one has the right to track a law abiding citizen.

Let them track pediphiles and Illegals, but no way on citizens. To me it is absolutely offensive to even suggest it.

I have no issue with nationwide databases of knowing who is in this country and who has drivers licenses and confirming that they are in fact american citizens. I do have an issue with the facial ID's that can be tracked anywhere. I do not think that is what they are discussing in NH. Correct me if I am wrong.

    Hi BobC. I will,

As long as it remains in a card form I agree, I don't have an issue with that either. I have been finger printed anyway. Concealed carry for a handgun it is required here. I was under the impression you were talking about the Gps/rfid implant. That’s a biometric chip. Anyway there it is for me.

I don't think the biometric cards are needed to fight illegal immigration, think we should try other more traditional methods like enforcing current lawsd.

I would be in favor of all children under 18 to have to have this kind of ID (or implant ?)..

think of how many less missing kids we'd have turning up each year

Yep, there's the chip. Put a chip in us like animals.

ALIPAC did not support Real ID. We did not oppose it out of respect for our allies at 9/11 FSA and FAIR.

However, I have made it very clear to all of the other immigration enforcement leaders THAT ANY BILL CONTAINING INVASIVE TECHNOLOGIES FOR LAW ABIDING AMERICANS WILL BE OPPOSED BY ALIPAC.

Never again will we remain silent on this. I don't care if Tom Tancredo comes to see me with a box of chocolates. No biometric, RFID, national ID, or implanted chips!

I believe that the face recognition software is already in use by security companies in Las Vegas. They have databases that are built using states driver's licence information. Remember that digital picture they took of you? Well, they have your picture and they have you in the datatbase.
The casinos have been using this stuff for several years and they can afford the best. Even if you attempt to wear glasses or diguise yourself the software can make a match using the "face points" . It is a proven technology used to identify know cheats or people that have been banned from the casino. There was a series that ran on the travel channel about Las Vegas and a small part of it discussed the use of this program. I am sure the government has similar programs that are in use in some agencies.

I can see corporate America wanting this to track workers productivity. We know that companies already monitor the phone calls and email of their employees and with this they could know where an employee was outside of the workplace.

Now, if they mean that all foreign nationals that come into this country would have to be issued a card I might go along with that. That would be 20 million cards, cheaper to make than 280 million cards, but I don't think that's what they have in mind. The illegals are already released and ignored.
