I can assure you it is not for Illegal Immigrants, as they are being welcomed in, and are being given free education, healthcare, and tax free status, by our government. If it were for them, instead of being "deported" only to come back, they would be in these camps or work farms, instead of committing crimes and dealing drugs in the US.
It will be to round up folks like us that try to fight the situation. Middle Class. Not rich, they can buy their way out. Middle class jobs will be automated and farmed out. The poor will be the laborers, and the rich need them.
The police and military will be controlled by the government because they are middle class also, and a step away from being thrown in there with us.
The folks that speak out against NAFTA, New World Order, etc. will be put away to rot. They will probably bring the middle class fro, Mexico and Canada to the camps also.

Uh, do you really think they wouldn't? You didn't see them fire on unarmed citizens at Kent State? You didn't see them burn out the Branch Davidians? Ruby Ridge?

Americans are afraid to publicly voice their opinions on Illegal Immigration. We are afraid of the immigrants, we are afraid of not being Politically Correct and we are even afraid what liberal friends and family think of us.
We won't picket, or call a rally. You can't even go to a Presidential Candidate speech anymore without paying for a $1000 dinner.
We can't say what we really think on any forum.
By the time they start rounding up the "criminals" (us), the media and political machine will be giving good reasons for our imprisonment, and everyone will be too afraid to say anything, much less fight it.
Our homes and computers will be monitored, for the sake of National Security....

I don't see many Americans raising heck about the injustice done to the citizens of New Orleans.

what force?
We know that a majority of the military are conservative and patriots. The people in charge will have to rely on other assets. They will try to mold the scenario so that those following orders will think they are doing their patriotic duty. Also, they will rely on certain psyco-graphics such as small town police with little education. You know the type, they dress like swat teams at high school football games. There is also over 2300 private security contractors in the U.S. alone. Blackwater USA has thousands of employees already. They may even offer civilians out of work and desperate positions.
The worst part is that this scenario is even plausible. It shows the huge divide between the federal government and the people who own it. Also,by talking about this stuff they can write us off as "black helicopter wackos". I have no idea if this is true or not, although I believe it is entirely plausable,if not probable. Remember that the crazier and bigger the "conspiracy" the easier it is to get away with it because no one will believe it. History shows us this.

I was around in the '60's and 70's during the Vietnam war and civil rights protests, which were widely publicized in all the media, and the "establishment" was not happy. There are still protests going on in this country, but isn't it interesting that we seldom hear anything about them except from alternative media sources? Maybe that's one of the reasons they decided to buy up all of the MSM...to further brainwash us in an effort to keep us quiet?
I thought about signing up for Ron Paul's Revolution March email alerts but decided against it because Big Brother may be watching and might add my name to the terrorist threat list! Who knows...maybe all of us at ALIPAC are already on it!!!

you all will know who the detainment camps are for, when you are in one and have a orange jump-suit on! and the internet IS being monitored by our future opressors. americas fate is sealed. anyone who thinks our military wont turn on our citizens has never been in jail. those in UNIFORM will lock up whoever they are told to. most likely flag waving, anti- illegal immigration, gun owning patriots. i worry for our children. i hope william doesnt think im dragging down the "cause" with my response to this thread. i only go by what i see, and it aint good. wisdom is the greatest knowledge, and at 46 im as wise as im gonna be today! if they start goin thru my neighborhood in hummers with a ma-duce on the top, im standing down. these elites are smart, how can you fight your own kids? my oldest is in the NG.

I worry about the growth of legal armed camps such as Black Water who the Secretary of Defense wants to start allowing them to spy on Americans and gather information.
Senator Waxman was on Bill Moyers talking about this 2 weeks ago and he is not happy with the Secretary of Defense."A Government big enough to give you everything you want,is strong enough to take everything you have"* Thomas Jefferson
