Does anyone know if there is any way we can watch the Ramos and Compean hearing this morning? CSPAN channels sure aren't carrying it.

Rohrabacher is going off on a well written and worded statement about hiding the information from the jury, the lies to congress, the immunity thing, the fact that sutton says corrupt but that Rohrabacher says the way sutton has described the corruption is not the same as how he describes it.
rohrabacher also talks about the libby setence commuted and says the BP agents lives dont matter to this administration

the judge in this case, according to Feinstein, has prohibited the lawyers from the defense to testify at the Senate Hearings

what the hell is this?

TJ Bonner is talking now and says that the government argued and got the information on the second bust kept from the jury. he also talks about Compean as having post traumatic syndrome after the shooting. he said there was no intent to destroy evidence and that Compean had been trained to pick up casings and was seen in a daze.

he says that AT MOST the disipline was in house and up to five days.
HE says that the amount of agents can not be hired because of this case.

Barker says that he first heard of the shooting when a memo came from the WILCOX AZ border office, and said before then, he did not know of any shooting and when there might be some truth, that is when the investigation started with OIG.

he says the facts support the charges and that it was deadly force.
he says there was nothing here that was inhouse disipline

hes talking about the immunity agreement and how it was made after one phone call between doper and OIG chris sanchez. he is talking about how the immunity was violated. and talking about how the charges WERE added after the plea deal when the mandatory 10 year use of a gun was added.
