    Filing charges is TOTALLY at the discretion of the prosecuting attorney (county attorney, district attorney or in this case, little johnny's office).

    One of the BIGGEST lies little johnny is claiming, is that they "had" to file this mandatory 10y charge. That is totally bung. This is the FIRST TIME in US history, this charge has been used in this manner. little johnny is simply doing boosh's dirty work, at the FULL ORDER of little boosh. little johnny went looking long and hard for a charge such as this, to pervert into something which would railroad these BP agents.

    SHAME.
