They ask mobilization to the immigrant community for approval of Dream Act

Washington, 13 jul (EFE).- The National Center for the Migratory Laws (NILC) has asked to the immigrant community to be mobilized in support al Dream Act, before the announcement that the next week will be presented like amendment to a Defense funds law.

The democratic senator by Ilinois Richard Durbin will introduce the amendment in the Senate next week along with its republican colleagues Chuck Hagel (Snowfall) and Richard Place (Indiana).

For its approval, the amendment should include more than 60 votes, and therefore a call has been made from NILC so that the immigrant community write or call the senators to support its initiative.

According to the proposal of the Dream Act, the immigrant students that comply the initial requirements would receive a temporary legal status for six years, al tip of which, if they have completed two years of university education or active duty, they would be able to receive the permanent residence.

Dream Act = Amnesty

This has no business being attatched to Defence or Funding.

Another problem is that taxpayers will be picking up 100% of the bill for these people to attend OUR colleges. Whoever heard of a self-sufficient illegal alien family. Someone has to take care of the kids while the father gets drunk every night.

Does this have a chance now that the Democrats control Congress?

Snowfall is the Spanish translation for Nebraska (Chuck Hagel's state)?
