My cable service went down early last evening in a wind storm and was just restored a few minutes ago. Sorry I'm late, but I'll start on it right away.

On another thread Populist stated he just spoke with Sen. Crapo's office. Staffer said this is on c-span now and they'll be voting on it in about 10 minutes ?? Can anyone confirm this?
