My eyes are NOT as good as they use to be...BUT I believe the small picture next to the flag is none other than Louis Farhakan.
I see glasses on the person in the picture. Maybe I'm wrong...But I think it is.
It is possible. Obama's church, Chicago's Trinity United Church of Christ, gave the Dr. Jeremiah A. Wright Jr. Trumpeter Award to Louis Farrakhan last year.

This has been pulled too. "File Not Found".
It's a good thing this was copied by so many of us and documented. Those people so proudly displaying the Cuban flag with Che on it are communist and deeply in favor of open borders. No doubt they like what Obama stands for and the Communist party wants to help get him elected.

I don't have a problem with the disclaimer. Having worked in a Ron Paul office, I can understand issues that occur when volunteers choose their own decorations. But the campaign should have told them to nix the communist stuff, and Fox pulling it down just goes to show that the media doesn't hesitate to squelch "bad" things about their favorite candidates.

And this isn't just a volunteer - it's the head volunteer. If the Obama campaign isn't paying for that office, I'll eat crow. That's not a cheap, all volunteer set up.

WHen I was working in the RP office, there were lots of former Soviet bloc nationals that would come in to talk. I've got a million stories about their perceptions, but that one that came to my mind here was one guy telling me that in his old country, at least the people realized that the news was all propoganda, but here, the Americans still believe what the TV tells us.

1.5 years ago I would have believed the media to only be lazy, biased, uninformed....

Here is a new link to the Fox Houston story. They have replaced the first video and now there is one of an Obama campaign worker named Maria Isabel in an office with the Che flag hanging next to the US flag.

If you do a Google search you will see that this has gone international. Many Latin American web site have it in Spanish and even quite a few Italian web sites have it up. I have also found it on some anti-communism sites. Hopefully it will make the national news....hahaha. Well I know that won't happen.

    A Flag Obama Supporters Salute?

I was just getting ready to post this story when I found it already posted.

    A Flag Obama Supporters Salute?

No, that's not a Texas state flag with a picture of Obama on it. It's the flag of the Castro-led Cuba regime, with Che Guevara's face superimposed on the side. A Fox report from Houston captured this image as it showed Obama supporters celebrating his momentum after Super Tuesday.

Does Obama know his Houston supporters honor a terrorist in his campaign office? I'm sure he doesn't. However, it would behoove him to ensure that the flag gets taken down and that he renounces any affinity for Che and the Fidel Castro regime. (via Jim Geraghty)

UPDATE: John Cole doesn't see anything wrong with a presidential campaign office featuring a Cuban flag with a picture of Che Guevara? Along with the ubiquitous personal insult towards anyone with whom he disagrees, John tries to cast it as a courageous statement that our policy towards Cuba needs to be rethought. And he calls me a flack?

I can remember when Balloon Juice was readable. Now they just revel in their bitterness. Too bad.

UPDATE II: Ed Driscoll has a few thoughts, too.

This must be in a few of his offices, because they seem to be two different places. Look at the walls and the flag.
