I'm ashamed to admit that I haven't spoken Cheyenne for too many years. Being married to a Lakota, I kind of, well, kind of switched languages. I do need to get back.

    No shame, Cheyennewoman,

You were merely extending your language base.

My youngest daughter is adding a 5th language. She's learning Lithuanian, for fun and heritage.

But we're AMERICANS and speak ENGLISH! You, too.

    MW:

Where did you learn to speak(?), read(?), write Cheyenne? Heck, even I can't write it. I had to try and sound out the words.
