I just got a response from Senator Fulcher. Here's where this legislation stands right now.

Dear-----

I too oppose the ICAN bill. Minutes ago I moved to hold the bill in
Sen. Ed. Committee (stop it at the print stage). I came up one vote
short.

Now it will come back to committee for a full hearing

I don't believe it will get far, read the post responses I have been getting all day from Senators ...I just posted a few in general discussion...It does not have much support once it is out of committee
