I already gave up my home of 30 years and fled the Los Angeles area. I sure don't want to move again.

They'd quickly find that Aztlan was a dump, just like Mexico, so they'd quickly come into the rest of the USA. (you said that no Americans would be there, so it would be a dump.)

it's okay for asking Americangirl, but the answer is NO WAY!

How many of you would be willing, if it was within your power, to concede the Southwestern United States to the 12 million to 20 million illegal Latino aliens currently in the U.S., and any other immigrants from south of the border who want to come to the U.S.?

Since we are in wildly hypothetical territory here...

I will go out on a limb and say that I would be for a strategic withdrawal of the American Southwest only if it was understood that we would immediately try to reclaim it (along with Baja California!) with the full force of the U.S. military.
