So far I haven't found any conservatives who are voting for McCain after being burned by Bush...Most people I run into are Obama supporters, or they plan to sit this next election out because they aren't voting the best of two evils anymore.
Molly, if you live in CA you are most likely to run into Obama supporters. CA is a big state with a lot of pull, but it is not the big picture. I dont think sitting out is the thing to do. At least write in someone - my thinking is, if I don't vote, I lose my b!tching rights.

People who vote for Obama are voting for the end of the USA and then turn over of our government to the UN dictates -- to say nothing of money to be wasted on foreign aid to Hamas and Africa. Also gasoline prices will rise -- Obama believe that higher gas prices will force everyone to buy fuel efficient cars -- however, suppose you can't afford one? Well Obama could care less about you. He is in bed with George Soros, MOVEON.ORG and the rest of the liberal elite.
judy alot of conservatives are really mad at the government and the direction the republican party is going...This time I think they might be mad enough not to vote. I know I'm not voting for McCain or Obama.

TexasBorn I agree with you about Obama, he has been morphed into something all rolled together including the Messiah..I've never in 50 years of voting ever seen anything like this? Obama followers act like 'Zombies' or 'Pod People'. Reuters news, put out a picture of Obama with a halo on his head...I'm waiting for the time we see him walk on water.

Sic, I plan on voting for someone else. I just wish there was a place on the ballot to vote 'Non Of The Above.' Then if 'Non Of The Above' won, we could throw the weasels out and start over.

I think it's the other way around - Obama by a landslide.

Once_A-Democrat, sadly I agree with you...Obama supporters are very enthusiastic and will support him no matter what. Neither racist preachers or terrorist friends of Obama seems to affect how his followers feel about this man...McCain is a very weak candidate with no followers.

Nah, I don't think so. IMHO, Obama is going to get crushed in the general election. Honestly, I don't even think he'll turn one red state blue. The man is all media hype and no substance.

Maybe, but there isn't enough of them (supporters). The aging demographics of this country give the advantage to McCain. Furthermore, I firmly believe McCain will draw a lot more Independents than Obama will. Let's face the facts, Obama leans so far left he can't tie his right shoe without falling over. McCain on the other hand is more of a moderate and will draw in the lions share of independent votes. Just my opinion, for what it's worth.

I CONTINUE TO PRAY NIGHTLY THAT ALIENS WILL ABDUCT BOTH OF THEM (I'm referring to the green type from outerspace)!!

Obviously you haven't lived in Chicago. Just another Chicago politician means that he is more corrupt than just about anything Washington has to offer. The Governor's office gets raided by the FBI so often it doesn't even make the news these days.

As for McCain, the only way McCain will win is if Obama loses. I watched McCain's speech yesterday, and he looked like a doddering old fool. He's stiff, he contrdicts himself, and he is not charismatic.

I'm voting for Ron Paul. I won't waste a vote for somebody that I don't want to win. McCain doesn't deserve my vote, and I will not reward him with it.

    I agree.

This country is begging for a decent leader to elect and we don't have one since the big three are all the same. I'm going with Ron Paul.
