Thread: O'REILLY MAKING CRIMINAL ALIENS HIS FALL CAMPAIGN

O'Reilly said tonight that he is making getting a bill passed that will penalize sanctuary cities for not notifying criminal aliens to I.C.E. Also that federal funds would be withheld from any sanctuary city.

Two Congresswomen were on his show. It has already passed the House and they will be watching the Senate to see that the wording stays in the Senate portion of the bill. Congresswomen, Blackwell (?) Colorado and the Congresswomen from Virginia (where the two girls were killed by and illegal) were on discussing the amendment in the bill.

O'Reilly said he will keep in touch with their offices to see who will go against the amendment and bill in the Senate or if someone is trying to eliminate it secretly.

Congresswomen, Blackwell ... I like her... she is on our side. I don't know who the other one is... but I'm glad they are finally giving this "whole" issue some light! It's about time!!! ... after how many have already DIED!!!!!!!

I know a lot of people don't like him, but he is like a pit bull when he's on something. He won't let go. We need to email him and tell him thanks and we're watching and ready to act if we see anything trying to block passage.

Well not too long ago he was on the air and he had no clue what a sanctuary city is. He couldn't believe there was such a thing. So now, all of a sudden, he is an expert on illegal immigration? Also, please be aware that his has no problem with amnesty for illegals who are not "criminals". You might want to see what he is really pushing for before you thank him. Just my 2 cents worth.

Well, lets put it this way. I don't agree 100% anyone, not even my husband. Do you? You take the fight and support and resources where you can. If you want to discount help in a certain area because someone doesn't agree totally with you that's prerogative. I don't agree with some views even on ALIPAC, but I agree with the fight we're in and we're fighting together in this one area. Sometimes someone fights in one area to make strides later after a first battle is won. Some people want the whole pie or nothing. That's the stance Ted Kennedy took. I want to win even if it means stepping stone by stepping stone.

I think we need to take whatever help we can get. Let's face it, the next Congress can't be any rougher to fight that the ones we just whipped.

O' Reilly had some good points and he is very passionate about his! (As all of us) That bill he talked about penalizing sanctuary cities is great! Hope it passes! I'm getting into O' Reilly more and more never watched him much (time issues). But I'm there every night!
