1. Yes, and Bama claims he is not the same person who posts as Strother Martin

4. California is "richer"? I doubt it. Texas has considerable mineral wealth including all the oil and natural gas we could ever use. Texas still refines bout 90% of the gasoline consumed in the US. Texas is the only state that operates its own independent power grid. Texas is home to NASA, Apple Computer, Dell, Texas Instruments and countless other high tech firms. The integrated circuit was invented in Texas.
But more importantly, a person can still afford to buy a house in Texas. Taxes don't eat you alive in Texas because there is a constitutional prohibition on a state income tax. As for "famous" beaches, all that equates to is overcrowded beaches. As for national and state parks, Texas is loaded with them. We have national forests, the vastness that is Big Bend, an entire barrier island chain of beautiful beaches. We have the hill country, the prairies, the Big Thicket, lakes, rivers, salt march, mountains, desert, and just about everything in between.
Better yet, our people make the difference. Rather than loads of effete globalist-leftist tofu-eaters, we have ranchers and pioneers. We have maverick businessmen and innovators in everything from tech to the arts.
You seem to forget that I have lived both places and had ample opportunity to invest in both places. That I am in Texas rather than in California says it all.

you seem to call people a troll when you can't handle them in a discussion, yet you've never showed any evidence that anchor babies are not US citizens. you quoted some senators without giving any source. The fact is that babies born on US soil are classified as US citizens. We also own a house here in California, so not only houses in Texas are payable. We're the most populous state and this is a clear indication that people prefer to move to California instead of Texas, no wonder ! We have more celebrities and I'd prefer to live in Ca over TX any time. We also have lakes, and rivers. We have the highest mountain and the deepest Valley. We have hollywood, we're culturally more diverse and we're the most famous state in the Union to people abroad. We make the best wine, sun in the south, snow in the east, and rain in the North. California is and will always be better than Texas. ! And we have Baywatch !

Can't handle them in a discussion? Are you referring to yourself here, because the day that I can't handle Strother Martin posing as a know-nothing Demonrat cheerleader from the Granola State is the day I need to hang up my online debating.

One other thing, a cite is a cite once a claim is attributed. A quote from a senator that is part of the floor debate on a bill or Amendment is part of the Congressional record. If you don't understand that, then you don't need to be debating. Similarly, I provided the sources for the claims about California's economy (CIA Factbook and IMF Economic Rankings). You seem to be under the mistaken impression that a claim has not been substantiated unless someone holds your hand and takes you to a website somewhere. "Cassie," the stuff that is linked to the internet is not the end-all, be-all, and if you are too lazy to look up such a cite either online or in a library then you don't need to be attempting to engage in meaningful debate. I am not going to be sucked into some absurd space waste over interminable demands for cites by your more intelligent-sounding persona; I'm sure as hell not going to let the site get bogged down with such bogus demands from you.

For anyone interested in the ANCHOR BABY information:
It's all in the ALIPAC archives.
We've logged an abundance of facts and links concerning the above subject.
Use the homepage search function when your searching it out.

Thanks for that information. It is worth noting that until there is a definitive court ruling on the subject, the legislators' stated legislative intent is the primary determinant.

Well you can Blame who you want Cassie, I am Blaming the Dems though, My God is a vengful God but he is also a Loving and Caring God. If it is his will then let it be , But if it isn't lets see what some good old fashion Prayer can do I am trusting in God to keep this country safe and secure, for no one else can ever do it. Also for you Cassie, you know even the Devil believe and fears GOD. God has not turned away from this Country the Dems have turned it away from him.
You're blaming the Dems ?? For what ?? Who proposed a guest worker's program ?? When Boosh proposed it the illegals ran to the border trying to break in because they thought it'd be fine now. Your Bush encouraged illegals to break into this country since the illegals thought it was fine with Boosh. You're clearly not living in a border state !
I will not disrespect your God, I will respect that you believe in God. Yet I expect you to respect me for not believing in any God. Your talking about God and rubbing it into my face won't get you anywhere and is irrelevant when we discuss illegal immigration. i have my own personal reasons for not believing in God. How can your God safe and secure this country when Russia decides to lunch 5,000 nukes at us. What can your prayer's achieve, turn nukes into flowers ??
Just uploaded a pic on our ( sis and I ) site.
Major US cities are hit after Russia launches some its 5,000 nuclear warheads in error due to its decaying warning system. This graphic opened Doomsday Machine I on History Channel‘s Modern Marvels in which FAS experts discussed the dangers. Image: History Channel Dec. 28, 2004.

Now Now Girls. Lets leave God out of this. God does`nt take sides.
Cassie, The war in Irac has nothing to do with illegal immigration either. You want revenge on the Republicans and your out to get it no matter who or what it ends up hurting. The way your talking, your going to end up hurting the citizens of this country without any accomplishments on your part..

CrocketsGhost, your are right about California.
It`s no longer the "Golden State" it`s The "Brown State". I`ve lived here for over 30 years, and that`s way I`m moving out.
cassie, you live in California, let me ask you this, which county in California is the biggest county in the country? And how big is it?------------------------
