You are most welcome Pat. Fires in the area always freak me out and yet it goes along with living here. Hope MD's home is ok.

News said Southern California temps are supposed to hit between 95-111 with heat index up to 115.
Everything appears to be ok.I don't care what you call me, so long as you call me AMERICAN.

It got up to 117 by us this Sat. Sunday was much cooler but today the heat is back up again. I'm not looking forward to Aug. which is typically our hottest month of the summer.

Buy stock in Gatorade!
Really though, even up here near Seattle, it's been hot too. Where we live, it's been mid to upper 90's (one day it got up to 102) and virtually zero rain the last couple of months, not even clouds.
We're even having to buy one of those baby wading pools for our dogs so they can cool off.
At any rate, I really hope if the weather does change it'll be rain for you guys down there.I don't care what you call me, so long as you call me AMERICAN.

Well, MD was right. Just heard the cause of the fire was from an abandoned camp probably from illegal aliens.

I like how the MSM refers to the illegal aliens as "undocumented immigrants". They're illegals for crying out loud and they set a fire that is threatening people's homes.
