It's just been clarified by NumbersUSA email alert today that Brat's 3 in 1 bill has nothing to do with amnesty for DACA's or anyone else. It's a no amnesty bill to eliminate chain migration, visa lottery and pass e-verify. We're getting bad information.

At the last minute, right before the vote, to get some democrats to vote for it they will compromise and add in the AMNESTY.

I'd rather have the RAISE ACT, it's much broader, includes the wall and interior enforcement plus it authorizes state and local governments to enforce US immigration law. It doesn't include E-Verify, but I don't care about that. I want interior enforcement. Lots of it. Any employer who wants to use E-Verify can use it now, it's available to everyone already.

The employers who WANT to use E-verify aren't the problem.

The employers who DON'T WANT to use E-verify are the problem and the ones who must be forced to use it by law.

Yeah, I don't want to "FORCE" our employers to use E-Verify if they don't want to. Our employers aren't the problem, illegal aliens are the problem.

They wouldn't be hiring illegal aliens if illegal aliens weren't in the country. Employers are not the problem, illegal aliens are the problem.

You don't want a mandate that requires employers to use E-Verify? I'm pretty sure that is counter to what most hard working blue collar American citizens want!

Businesses that knowingly hire illegal aliens are a huge part of the problem.

What is that going to cost to enforce? Who is going to follow up on the "mandate"? Who is going to investigate? Who is going to conduct their trials? Who is going to shut down their businesses? Who is going to pay all the unemployment benefits for all the Americans laid off because their businesses were closed because they didn't use E-Verify or were caught and punished?

Our employers are not the problem, illegal aliens are the problem. Don't make our employers responsible for failed border security and zero interior enforcement of our laws for 30 years. This is not their problem to solve, it's the government's problem to solve and the only solution is mass transit rapid deportation of every single illegal alien in our country with a simple 2 question "hearing" that a Judge can use E-Verify to answer. Make deportation judges use E-Verify, not our employers, and get these illegal aliens the hell out of here.
